We Love how amazing doctor Amrita Dhanoa and his staff are! They always follow up with us and call to remind us about our appointments. I was so stressed with my newborn she adviced us best way to handle him. Dr Amrita Dhanoa always listens our concerns properly then she give us best possible solution with a very professional way.she is amazing. I would highly recommend her as a family Doctor. Thanks

My experience with healthpoint was wonderful. I visited there to see walk in doctor. The staff and whole team was so friendly and cooperative. The best service ever received as a walk in patient with the wait time of 5 minutes only.

Dr. Amrita Dhanoa is very sensitive, caring and dedicated doctor. I met her when i went for regular checkup of my sister in law. She listened her health issues very carefully, took minor details about her mood swings, suggested her to make a dairy if she feel any unusual fetal activity.

I will definitely recommend Dr. Amrita Dhanoa, She is our Family doctor, she is the best doctor I have ever seen. From the very first day of my pregnancy to the present day when my baby is 2 months, she guides me at every phase and solve mine and my family’s health issues. She is very polite, humble, Knowledgeable and experienced doctor. She always listen our health issues very patiently and then recommend best solution of our problem.

Very unprofessional and unreliable clinic. Doctor’ availability is always a challenge. The staff doesn’t know anything. Stay away from this clinic.

The only clinic i have ever been to that closes hours before it supposed to because its ‘reached max patient capacity’. What is the point of having office hours if they are not respected. I called before I came at 11am and was told to come before 1pm. I arrived at 12: 15pm and was told they are no longer accepting walk ins and if i wanted to wait till 4pm to see a doctor. Unacceptable

Had a terrible experience with Dr. Eriny Shams
She is an extremely rude doctor, doesnt even listen to the patient
There are several reviews about how poorly she treats the patients
The clinic definitely needs to do something about the situation
Patients visit the clinic not out of happiness but because they have one or the other health issue
If doctor is not going to be sensible then who will be
Dr Eriny Shams need to learn a lot about empathy

The staff, doctors are inexperienced, poor bedside manners and very unprofessional.
My son's pediatrician is absolutely horrible.
Dr. Sidhu is rude, unprofessional, unbalanced and not trained on how to speak with her patients. The indian lady at the front, with heavy accent is a complete nightmare. I am closing my son's file. Won't recommend or return.

I visited today in the evening, the receptionist had no etiquette’s to talk with clients. If she even deny customer that doctors are not available she should have manners how to talk customers with manners.

One of the worst reception desk at this family clinic …do not waste your time calling them …look for another clinic…i would love to give them zero star but no choice

I want to start off by saying that i have heard very good things about this clinic so i decided to go because i am in severe pain. I was told to come in for a walk in today and was told that the doctor is available until 6pm. I show up at 4: 50pm and they told me that the doctor is done taking patients for the day. Im a little disappointed as i feel they wasted my time and gas. I am willing to change this review as i plan on giving the clinic a second chance as my family has said great things about the doctors there.

I have nothing but only positive feedback for Dr. Navdeep Singh. Always polite, professional and courteous.
Clinic staff is also very helpful and accommodating.

Worst place to go to, Doctor’s are very inexperienced, after waiting for an hour and half, Doctor basically refused to help the issue I originally came in with. She was very rude and literally told me she can’t help me because she has other patients to attend. Wasted so much of my time and didn’t even help.

They barley answer there phone, long wait times and no response been trying to get in touch for over a week.

This review is for Dr. Ajay Khural and if I had an option I would give minus stars. He was very unprofessional and rude with his conversation and when more details were asked he just hung up on call. I called for my 15month old baby’s illness and I had some questions obviously but he ended up giving vague responses. I would not recommend him at all.

Dr Navdeep Singh, is very professional and helpful. I, along with my family have been her patients for a considerable length of time. We are fully satisfied with her acumen and appreciate her understanding and humane attitude. Her staff too is very helpful, making our visit comfortable. We feel well looked after.and taken care of.

Dr Komal Sidhu is really fantastic doctor. She listens to your concerns very patiently and gives you the right advice. Staff is also amazing. Highly recommend this clinic. It was such a relief meeting Dr Komal Sidhu regarding my son.

One of the worst experience and that to at Dr. Clinic.
I called the clinic to check if they accept walk-in as my son needed a dressing on toe which was done by same clinic 2 days back and I was asked to come.
When I reached there I was told by a rude receptionist that now Dr. Is not accepting tut walk in so you have to go back.

Really a 5 yr. Old kid crying and you are asked to go back!

Dr Gurleen Dhanoa is very knowledgeable. She has been our family doctor for more than a year. Great staff.

I met Dr G Dhanoa while she was covering a medical leave for my now retired doctor and have followed her to this practice. She takes care of my husband, kids and mother. She is very thorough, always follows up and I really appreciate her bedside manner. The office staff have also been amazing. We can book online or by phone, and they have email to send pictures of physical issues. Thank you!

Dr. Singh and the front desk staff are excellent. I have had done my pep smear test with Dr. Singh and she just did it like that. No pain and no rash after wards. If you are looking for a lady doctor than this is the right place.

Location is very accessible, also convenient to have pharmacy right next door. Plenty of free parking. Dr. Navdeep Singh is very caring, patient and understanding. She will listen and explain in detail as needed. Due to Covid restrictions most appointments are via phone, but able to also have in person consultation if needed. Reception staff very polite and friendly, and follow up promptly; I had good experiences with all, but particularly with Abigail. Being new to the area, I feel very happy to have found them.

Excellent and clean place. Dr. Carmela Detubio is a great doctor. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She goes the extra mile to help you. Above all she is patient and listens to your concerns, she gets down to the bottom of the problem and if required she will call herself to follow up with you. I thank God Almighty that after a long hunt for a good doctor I found Dr. Detubio!

Dr. Detubio is truly an incredible doctor. I am so lucky that my family is under her care. She is patient, personable, caring, and very knowledgeable! The facility is clean and organized. The staff is very welcoming, especially Abigail! She always brings a smile to our faces.

I got an opportunity to call the reception of this clinic to follow up on one of their patient, first of all I was put on hold, after 15 minutes of hold my call was disconnected. No courtesy call for apology, CALLED 4 TIMES AGAIN NOBODY PICK UP THE PHONE I have to follow up twice to book an appointment with a specialist and 2 visits to DR. Dhanoya.still no results. Very unprofessional service from reception staff. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND EVEN MY ENEMY TO GO TO THIS WALK IN CLINIC. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE.

I never post reviews but I feel like I have to! I visited this clinic a few times and all have been great experiences! I've seen both Dr. Navdeep Singh (who is my family doctor now) and Dr. Gurleen Dhanoa. Both are very attentive and really listen to what I have to say. The admin staff have been nothing less than delightful and both are very knowledgeable. I am glad I have found this hidden gem.

Had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Gurleen Dandoa. I personally liked the interaction I had the wait time wasn’t long mainly because I think it’s a new location definitely will pick up over time but the fact that she sat me down and actually took the the time to get to know me a little made my experience whole lot better. I normally try to avoid doctors and only go when I really have to but overall very professional and welcoming I definitely recommend

Saw Dr. Singh last week and was very pleased with her level of understanding and bedside manner. The clinic is brand new and looks amazing. The front desk staff are friendly and attentive.

I was a little hesitant to bring my mother in for walk-in after reading some of the reviews. However, it was the closest clinic from home. My mom had a great experience as a walk-in patient. The nurses are very pleasant and well-mannered. I would definitely recommend this clinic to family and friends. My mother wants to say thank you for the great hospitality to the female Doctor who saw her and her team.

I visited this clinic with my mom last week. She was seen by a really nice female Dr. My mom was extremely pleased with the doctor and how well she was able to communicate with her. The person at the front desk was also extremely helpful and pleasant. This office is also brand new and very well designed. If you are looking for a family doctor in the area, you should seriously consider the doctor at this clinic.
