Shipped the wrong order, took almost a week to fix. They did let me keep the wrong items, but I’ll be donating them.

I needed some items from this company but I order online just a few and later I realized I needed way some more. Upon arrival my order was ready and waiting for me but I asked if I could order some more right there. The person who waited on my, was very helpful and despite of being overwhelmed by the slack of the long weekend she went beyond her duties and managed to bring me a whole box within minutes. It saved me days of a new order process and a trip to the location. Overall I was impressed of the customer service level. Good job taking care of business

I had been unexpectedly put into a spot where I needed to order items for myself. I can't remember how I came upon the site but I will say I'm glad I did. At first glance I was confused and frustrated by the feeling of not knowing what to get. They were very helpful in my decision. I love that they come in packaging that is undetectable by other people so it isn't known what is inside. Shipping is always quick. I love Healthwick.

I unfortunately didn't read the kind of diapers they were. I thought I was buying ones with tabs. Stupid me. I also realized I can't return them. Again stupid me for not reading the return policy. So I am stuck with expensive diapers I can't use because my disband is not able to move his legs without a lot of pain and I would have to do that. So there you are. My advice to your customers is to read more carefully and definitely read the return policy. The one star I gave is because I can't use them.

Your service is speedy- only waited 2 days for delivery! The products work very well—except for Cavilon cream,
which didn’t help my skin.
However Proskin Barrier Cream is very soothing!

After Amazon let me down by not delivering my package, Healthwick came to the rescue. I needed my surgical staples removed. I called at 4: 00 to see if they were in stock. The gentleman that assisted me promised the remover would be ready for pickup first thing in the morning. Then, 15 mins later he called and said he had them and I could come then to pick them up. He knew I needed them as soon as possible and he made it happen.

The best service ever! Order one day and delivered the next. AWESOME!

I have never dealt with Healthwick before. It was great. They had exactly what I needed at a reasonable price and delivered in 2 days! I definitely recommend them.

Typically many people shop at big online stores thinking they're getting the best price with free shipping. However when the primary supplier is out of stock secondary suppliers via the big store price gouge. It was very nice to find Healthwick online, now our preferred source instead of the big stores (who shall not be named) for critical items in stock at competitive pricing and fast affordable shipping.

I have to say I am super impressed! My husband likes the overnite washable briefs! Not too baggy and he is not embarrassed wearing them because they are so well done. Very happy with Healthwick and especially the help I received with my numerous questions to get exactly what I needed!
