I just had an appointment with Dr. Alizade, she was so sweet and kind. She realized that I was a little bit nervous sho she tried her best to be gentle and comforting.
So professional and kind I had 2 tests, Sabina was wonderful, and the so was the x-ray tech I think he said Charlie or George was his name (sorry) he was such a protectionist! Thank you.
Unprofessional. The secretary left a voice mail I couldn't understand. The only thing I could understand was the mention of my Dr's name. Her last words were call me back. SHE DIDN''T LEAVE THEIR #! Followed up with my Dr & when I arrived for appointment the front office staff were all arguing with each other. I witnessed the secretary be rude to other patients. The waiting room was filthy & a huge bug crawled across the floor. The 2 exam rooms I was taken too were very cluttered with trip hazards. The techs doing the exams were pleasant.
Very disorganized clinic. They refused to send me a blank requisition form for my doctor. Therefore, I had my doctor use a form from another diagnostic center, and fax it in.
Went to the clinic on the day of my tests and they had lost the requisition. I had to call my doctor to re-fax it on the spot. Luckily - I was able to get through.
What happened next is unbelievable. I had a follow-up appointment with my doctor and she did not have the results.
I called in and my results had been faxed to a random number, and they fought with me to tell me they were received and it was too much work to re-send them. I told them my doctor DID NOT receive them and provided them with the correct fax number. Turns out they had a random fax number on file. God knows how they got it. Now, I do not know where my information & results are floating around.
So much wasted time and energy. This center may have the best technology but they need staff who can be calm and act professionally. When people need their results, and have to go through their doctor, there needs to be accuracy and attention to ALL details. They should be reported.
Amazing service by the front desk this (April 30) morning at 7: 30 AM. Sabina is simply one of the best ultra sound technnician's. She is very caring and kind.
The worst place ever! I hope I don’t ever have to go there again! One of the receptionist booked me the wrong time and when I called to confirm my appointment, another receptionist very rude told me, well you have to come or booked another time, and then she hang up the phone while I was still talking! Very unprofessional, people who are miserable at there job shouldn’t work there.
The staff are very professional, everyone on time. The sonographer, Zahra was amazing, very knowledgeable and caring. They called the day before and reviewed all instructions. Thank you all team
Was very pleased with my appointments at Healthwise. Receptionist called to schedule my test before I had even arrived home from my Dr's appointment. I got a friendly reminder the day before. When I arrived for my appointment I was taken on time and both technicians I saw were very friendly and informative. I have been for a Doppler ultrasound, bone density test and x-rays. Even though there are closer diagnostic centres to where I live I will go here where I feel I am treated well and professionally.
They are amazing at this location. Always on time and easy to book appointments. But more importantly administrative staff and technicians are caring and relate well to all their patients. Very empathetic and they go the extra mile when needed. Would recommend to anyone who needs diagnostic testing.
Love! Love! Love! The receptionist was such a sweetheart! I Forgot her name. But she’s an older middle eastern Lady. Also, doctor that was working on me, was very thorough and he told me everything about what to expect and how to prep.
Highly recommended. Mrs Zohre is very friendly and nice. The lady that performs ultrasounds is an expert, too. They perform ultrasound for my little child and he was laughing during the procedure as the manner of the lady that did the ultrasound was so good and friendly. She knows how she should behave with children and I believe it is an aspect of health care professionalism that many people do not have it. Thank you Zohre and all the Healthwise Diagnostics team!
Worst customer service ever, they are not on time, Receptionist do not care at all about the clients. I was there on Sat/Feb/24 for my test 20 min to 9: 00 Am and the Filipino receptionist didn't care about me was waiting for half an hour (10 min after 9: 00 AM) and she was making fun of the patients there and was laughing at us and was sarcastic. When I asked where is the lady in charge she said she is not working on Saturday, Then she start talk in Filipino with her co-worker and when I said why you are laughing, she laughed and answered I am not laughing. I think the management must to do something about her receptionists big TIME. I won't go there for these reasons.
