HealthWorks Rehab Centre

My first visit to HealthWorks Rehab. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Had a massage with Cyrena and she was absolutely amazing! I was in discomfort when I went in and came out feeling great! I highly recommend Cyrena for a massage and I highly recommend Natalie for physio! Very thorough and knowledgeable. She is wonderful! HealthWorks Rehab is the place to visit for your aches and pain!

After a bike accident I had broken my collarbone, a rib and torn my shoulder ACL. As soon as I was able I went looking for a physiotherapist. I went to many places, but knew I had found the right place almost as soon as I walked in the door. Pleasant decor, clean and not smelling like a gym. The receptionist (Michelle) was polite, respectful and was able to introduce me to the therapist (something I couldn't do at the other places). The therapist (Natalie) took a look at my prescription and explained what they could do for me.
I have since been going here for a couple of months and my shoulder has improved markedly. These are some great people here.

Natalie is an exceptional physiotherapist! She made me feel welcomed from the beginning and is incredibly knowledgeable. Natalie is just an amazing person overall and does an incredible job, she answers all of my concerns every time and makes the experience very enjoyable. The receptionist is also very polite and friendly! The centre is very clean and well maintained.

Excellent experience! The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful and my massage from from Cyrena really helped my neck and shoulder pain.
