Perfect, this store has everything that I wanted and came in for, they staff were also very helpful, they walked me to every item that I needed. Superb staff. Well run business, as these days, it's hard to find good and hard working staff.

I am blown away. This is my first review in a while and I couldn’t not leave one. I went in for some kyolic and got a tonne of other stuff. I try to avoid chemicals at all costs and the clean brands are rare and hard to find. They have more of a selection than I’ve seen anywhere else and the ones that you can get else where are cheaper than Walmart/no frills (ie schmidts, sukiri, Jason power smile, Burt’s bees) and I even managed to find a few 50% off markdowns. They have everything here, supplements and vitamins, workout supplements, organic groceries, make up, cleaners, bath products, postpartum just to name a few. One critique I did have was the kombucha selection. I have tried many brands of kombucha not only for their taste and sugar content but for their medicinal effect and the best brand I have had hands down is synergy which they don’t have. The brand they do carry tonica, is nowhere near as strong cultures and has a lot of added sugar. Synergy is organic and sweetened with fruit juice not sugar. Would nice to see that brand here, as I drink a lot of it and I prefer to support local.

But the thing that actually prompted me to write this review was the customer service and the ethics of this store. When I asked the cashier if he was aware of the government trying to attack natural health products and naturopaths through bill c-47, he gave me a huge stack of postage paid, pre written letters to send to our mps against such a bill. It even has a qr to look up your local mp. If you like this store and value natural health products please ask for some of these at check out and take a few for your friends and family. I love that this local business is aware of the big pharma agenda attacking our health and wallets. Amazing job guys!

Fun experience and great staff very helpful. I found it looking for a certain vitamins and ended up getting what I was looking for. When I run out I’ll be back.

I had the pleasure of meeting Aakanska, a nutritionist working at this location. With her guidance, I was able to select supplements that complement my diet while helping me achieve my health goals. Sheldon and Mo were also super helpful! Highly recommended. They also always have great deals for sooo many healthy goodies!

Love this place, wish we had more of these downtown. If you are in search for a one stop shop for all your supplements and healthy food items, this is your perfect spot. Variety of brands for multiple price points. Minimal produce offering, large refrigerated and frozen sections. Often has sales. Double check your produce since it’s not a huge seller product rotation May not be as frequent as a grocery store.

AVOID unless this location unless it's urgent. The staff don't know what they're talking about. First they tell me they're on Ubereats when they're not. Then the second employee was completely unfamiliar with popular name brand products - I had to repeat what bottle I wanted and my name more than 4 times each, and he still got it wrong even after I spelled it out. Please train your staff better.
