Healthy Planet - Toronto Stockyards (Keele & St. Clair)

Terrible location to say the least. They double charged my gf after she had bought something. Then
it took them almost two weeks to refund her the money back. They were trying to get her to just keep the product which terrible customer service. I rarely write reviews but I just felt this was necessary. If you buy stuff from these guys go in person.

The only location that closes early. Busy area, and yet they always close 1 hour before 50+ shops

Great location but most importantly the staff here make the difference. Tahla has been so beneficial to my personal health and wellness journey. He’s extremely informative and compassionate to the sensitivities and complex struggles from people from all walks of life mine include healing my skin and gut. I have personally experienced such improvement in my mental health skin and gut and I could not have done it without his guidance. I look forward to every trip so I can update him on my journey, my results and see a friendly face.

My usual go to store for supplements and other items. Staff are friendly and I never had any issues with them. The store is clean and well stocked. I liked browsing and checking out the different kind of products they offer but lately I haven’t been able to do that. Since they have posted a security guard at the front of the store I don’t feel comfortable browsing anymore. As soon as I walk into the store it feels like I have a target on my back. This particular security guard made it his mission to follow me through out the store. I’m where the nut butter is, I look up he’s there. I go over to the collagen supplements are…I look up and he’s there. It’s not like the store was empty in fact it was pretty full of people. I wanted to look at the beauty and hair care section but at that point I didn’t feel comfortable and bought the item I came for and left.

I especially enjoy the very educational discussions with the top nutritionist, Talaha Ahmed.
He has enlightened me on autoimmune diseases and has a program of supplements to help manage the symptoms.
Talaha is always welcoming, professional, passionate, and willing to use his knowledge to guide customers to make finding the right product less overwhelming and the overall shopping experience enjoyable.

Good selection. Pricing is wildly excessive as some items are 30 to 40% more expensive here than else where (Noah's). Went in the other day.door was wide open with shoppers inside. Was greeted after 10min by staff quizzing me "you know we are closed right? " While there were other patrons there. Was 'asked' to leave.too bad.we were likely to going to get a bunch of stuff. Will go elsewhere and to somewhere friendlier.suggest you double check with staff upon entry if you are Ok to be a patron.

I absolutely love this location. Nesli is an awesome person to ask for assistance! She is well knowledgeable on supplements and protein sources and is very sweet and makes you feel very welcomed. She is my go to person at the store and is a joyous soul:)

At Healthy Planet, we can find everything we need to maintain integral health with qualified and knowledgeable people to advise us as best as possible. They are always very kind and courteous. At the Healthy Planet on St. Clair and Keel, I met Talaha Ahmed, who helped me a lot with his advice to overcome relatively severe esophageal reflux and other digestive complications; he is always ready to help with his almost infinite smile that gives us the confidence to follow everything he tells us to do.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service and the manager needs a lesson on humility and basic common sense. Based on the number of negative reviews, it seems like this is their standard of service. I will now be shopping elsewhere.

Great health food store with huge supplements section. Always sales on those vegan meats, cheese and yogurts! Snacks and cold drinks. Plus a rewards program:)

This is not about the store itself, but rather about the salesperson who tried to sell me a garage, or perhaps it's just that the salespeople at this location don't have sufficient knowledge of the products.

I have been here 2 times and both times everyone was great, especially`Nesli’ she’s the most knowledgeable person about healthcare. I got many very helpful suggestions and I have become a big fan of this store location.

I come to Healthy Planet sometimes to buy healthy products that I can’t find on other supermarkets. The staff is always friendly there.

Very experienced representative by the name of Nesli is knowledgeable, welcoming, and sympathetic. She has helped transformed my health from questionable to healthy. You can ask questions regarding your health concerns, and without a doubt Nesli will deliver with information. I would recommend Nesli any day!
