Healthy Planet - Mississauga West

This location is neat and well organized, and most of the staff working here are friendly.but Tyra at checkout is unfriendly and abrupt. Even when approaching the checkout she was just staring at me, no smile or anything, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Not only unwelcoming but also rude because when I asked her a question to clarify what she mumbled about the fine print of the sale, all I got was a grunt and she moved away from the cash register.

Really liked coming here before, but the last few times I found expired food on the shelves for sale!

I also bought sheep’s milk and fruit that should have had a few days before it’s best before date, but was shocked to find that everything was spoiled. The mangoes + fruit were totally rotten inside, the milk had a thick layer of mold on top.

The BEST Healthy Planet! Love the layout, the smell of calm essential oils when you walk-in, the friendly staff who greet you and the selection of fresh organic produce. Our new favourite family store! Natalie, the manager is very knowledgeable and helpful along with all her staff. Thank you!

I have been to this location a few times and feel blessed to have this store in our neighborhood. I appreciate their cleanliness, customer service and product quality. Manager Natalie was very Kind, knowledgeable and she made our experience very pleasant and outstanding. I highly recommend a very modern looking Healthy Planet Mississauga West to anyone. Thank you.

Update: Natalie, is very well informed on various supplements and will guide you well if you have any queries. What I love about her is that she will not push you to buy products that are unnecessary for your body and will thoroughly understand your systemic situation before recommending any product.

I've visited this store over 4 times since it opened and it has always lived up to its expectations. All the members of the staff go above and beyond to provide a smooth and pleasant customer service. They always have a smile on their faces and will ensure you get all your product queries answered. The store is also very well organised. It should probably win the 'cleanest store award' of Mississauga I'm glad this place exists a stone's throw from my house. It's my one stop shop for organic veggies, plant based detergents, supplements, vegan drinks, and daily bathing products.

Such a nice variety of sustainable and eco-conscious brands and products. The store is spacious and clean.

This review is for healthy planet located at the Clayhill plaza where the old shoppers drug mart was.

I’ve been shopping here since they opened and I purchased all of my vitamins, work out supplements and vegan products. Every time I entered this store I feel very uncomfortable and intimidated. If you are a person of colour the staff will racially profile you and follow you around in every isle. I’ve never felt this sense of uneasiness before. I continued to return and shop because I thought it was a one off situation. The staff is trained to racially profile and follow around customers who are members of the visible minority. They need sensitivity and diversity training. The last staff who racially profiled me was the manager Natalie. She only approached me and another customer (person of colour) while ignoring the white customers freely walking around the store.

This is my 2nd time and last time in this
location and I will make sure all of my
family friends see to it as well. My partner
and I were racially profiled on both
occasions and I should not have given a
second chance. They will never get my
money or business again. I've never felt so
harassed and racially profiled in a store so
blatantly and terribly. The staff lack
communication to each other and you end
up have 4 different ppl ask you if you need
help when you said no the first 3 times,
within the same 5mins of being in the
store& then they proceed to follow you and
your partner through every single aisle,
pretending to be suddenly organizing or
looking for something.
It's 2023 you'd think with everything that's
gone on in 2022 people would get a grip. I really hope you guys better.

Initially though this was just a 'supplement' store as it is new in my area but was pleasantly surprised to see it stocks fresh, organic fruits and vegetables, at reasonable prices (some more than others) and has an array of products for specialty diets - things you can normally only find online. The staff is friendly but a bit slow as they are still getting organized but I look forward to shopping here.

Ariela, the girl who use to work sports isn’t there anymore, So, no one really knows the protein and stuff. I asked a different nutritionist and i mean sure it’s healthy, but it tastes really bad, grainy, and doesn’t sit well and i can’t even return it. Sucks because i really liked the other girl.on top of that everyone seems to be miserable there now.i wasn’t greeted like i use to be.and no one asked if i needed help.

I have to agree. Lovely and tentative staff. Exceptionally clean and bright. Great products too, and lots on sale. Very happy it has opened, and I was skeptical at first!
