Always a pleasant experience at this location! Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and products are always stocked. Would highly recommend.

My visit to this store was really enjoyable. The staff members are not only friendly but also knowledgeable. Their eagerness to assist made my shopping experience even better. It's refreshing to come across a store with such helpful and informed employees.

An impressive selection of healthy food, beverages, diet supplements, cosmetics and household products. I've found vegan Omega 3 at last! Plus very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

I had a great experience at Danforth Healthy Planet. The staff were fantastic and the manager was friendly and knowledgeable, she helped me incredibly in finding the perfect product for my needs, I will be back for sure. Highly recommend!

I am giving this location 1 star despite having a great variety of products because while I was deciding on which Dr. Bronner's soap scent I wanted, I noticed a male employee watching me. They were trying to be discrete, acting like they were fixing products on the shelf 10 steps from me. As I picked up the soap to bring to the cash register they quickly shuffled away. I enjoy supporting businesses on the Danforth, but to be followed and watched while shopping is unacceptable.

Great selection of products and very friendly staff! The products are often on promotion and I enjoy browsing through what they have in stock. I just wish that Harmony milk was restocked more frequently.

Beware, often prices on shelves won't match what they're scanned for. I found some of their vitamins were very overpriced.

Nice store, nice people. However, the customer experience is really disjointed as staff interrupt
each other to serve other customers, which prolongs your time in store.

Good staffs but always short on most of Vitamins, most of the time there is non left on most of the best papular items and meds.

It's a smaller store than the Stockyards branch. It feels very cramped inside and it's weird that they have only one cashier at the checkout

The service is helpful if a little slow

Called in to the store to ask for a specific product that was listed on their website and they said they carried it. When I went in store an hour later the lady that took my phone call told me they don't have it in stock and offered substitutes. I would have appreciated if she told me on the phone that it wasn't in stock rather than have me to drive all the way there to find out it wasn't available. I would have even driven to a different healthy planet location. She didn't even tell me if someone had picked it up before me but just said they didn't have it in stock. I needed to get the exact product since it was recommended by my Naturopath. It was a very frustrating experience.

Staff are not really the nicest and have a very nonchalant attitude which turns you off from the whole place. It would be good as well if they wear their masks properly.

I love this store throughtout this whole plandemic. They are not discriminatory and serves every customer. The Carrot Common is wiped off my list. I believe they forget that the customers/patrons who pays them not the government.

Seems like a nice enough store EXCEPT THEIR MASK POLICY IS A JOKE. Every time I go in there, there are fully unmasked customers roaming around, and some of the staff wear those transparent plastic shields which float in front of their faces and do next to nothing. This store makes a mockery of our public health measures. I won't be returning.

Each time I have visited this location i have had excellent customer service from all staff. Of special note, I would have to extend my appreciation to the staff person named Renia who took time and attention to provide superior customer service, knowledge of products and knowledge of the interaction of products with other products, something most staff working in her area of specialization often fail to provide. In addition, she provided that service with both friendliness and patience, these are traits that most businesses fail to provide. Healthy Planet should be very thankful they found this employee, her professionalism is what keeps businesses afloat in these rough pandemic times.

The gentleman that assisted me, was extremely knowledgeable! The cleanliness of this store was also, quite impressive too!

Was made to feel out of place both visits. They seemed annoyed with my questions and I felt that they were avoiding me near the end. Not sure if I'll go back.

I been using the curbside pick-up and the staff here is so lovely and helpful. They always make sure I get my points lol. Super convenient with groceries and supplements.

Great variety and a good selection of gluten-free foods! Their prices are also competitive and usually cheaper or on par to other health food shops in the area. The only major thing which could be improved on is their rewards checkout process. It would be a lot smoother if we could just scan a digital barcode on our phones instead of having to recite our phone numbers every time. Anyway, everything else is great and it’s my go-to shop for snacks!

Besides the great selection of products this locations provides, I am especially grateful to your Danforth cashier person, who had a work shift this Friday afternoon.

They got harassed by a customer for no reason and managed to keep calm in front of him. This was a great lesson of professionalism.

I will definitely visit this store again.

We''ve been ordering online since the pandemic and are super happy with using this service. There's a large selection, the orders come quickly, we can redeem points through our online orders and we can ask for a notification for out-of-stock items. Great service!

The staff there are helpful with finding the supplements i need, and the prices comparable to online shops minus the shipping fees. I recommend checking here first for supplement needs.

Liquid vitamins expired liquid hemp seed oil expired most of my favourite items always sold out.you guys really need to work on your "logistics and ordering" because currently is absolutely horrible!

Great ppl work here with good advice but when I got there after 9am this morning they were not open. Not happy with this. What's the point in having a schedule and not following it. I will not be back!

I had the pleasure of meeting a nutritionist the other day by the name of Michelle. I was at the Danforth Avenue store inquiring on behalf of my wife who has a variety of issues. After discussing at length the different vitamins and products and foods available. Michelle patiently took me around the store and we chose and talked about what might work best.

After all was said and done i left the store feeling confident that i was on the way to helping my wife with her life. So when i got home i decided to not give my wife any of the advice Michelle had taken so much time to give me. As i felt it would be an overload on my wife trying to answer any and all her possible questions.

So on the Sunday i brought my wife to meet Michelle in person along with all my purchases. Michelle again took a great deal of her time and reexplained options and reasons why such and such should be used and how often etc.

My wife was very impressed by Michelle's patience and extreme knowledge of all the products and remedies available. So all in all we are very happy to go to this store and speak with the Nutritionist Michelle.
