Absolutely horrible service, products are expired, no proper inventory check for customer products, they have no problem selling you expired items and when asked for a refund they humiliate you and try to cover up by denying refunds, think people are stupid and will play games. A bunch of kids and a very unprofessional manager. Very sad, will

They couldn't do any returns or exchange for a protein supplement I purchased. Other places such as GNC could do returns. Wasted money.

This is my favourite Healthy Planet location! Besides the great product lineup, the staff is incredibly amazing. The Store Manager Shariq is a wonderful human being. Warm, friendly and will go out of their way to accommodate your supplement needs! I always look forward to visiting them ️

I love going to Healthy Planet on Dundas/403. I always find the staff very helpful and knowledgeable. They answer all the questions and concerns very patiently and guide you to the right product.
Here, I would like to mention Nabila, who was at the cash register during my last visit. She provided great customer service.
Her interpersonal skills and positive and friendly attitude make me want to go back to the store.

I bought vegan Ghost protein powder from this location and it was so disguising I only tried 1 scoop, I tried to return it or get a store credit (as most supplement stores do) and they said no. I am extremely disappointed in this service as every other supplement store would allow for at least a credit. Bad management.

This is my go-to health product store in London! The staff is so helpful & friendly. They carry many products I cannot get elsewhere in the city. I am able to purchase everything from groceries, to supplements to beauty products, all from one store. That’s a win for me!

My wife and I have been going to this store since it opened and we have nothing but good things to say about it. We enjoy shopping there, they have great products and good prices with weekly sales. The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. The staff is wonderful, courteous, helpful and accompanying. We definitely recommend this store.

I want to shop at this store more but they make it quite difficult. The last four times I went to this store, the stock employees had their masks under their chins the whole time while the mask mandates were still in place. This seemed very strange for a health food store. On my last trip a mother and daughter asked if they had an extra mask for the daughter and the employee said oh don’t worry about it. The daughter looked very uncomfortable as she shopped maskless. I felt really bad for her. As someone that lives with at-risk individuals, this is not the place for me. Just letting others know in case you are in the same boat.

Love it, only reason I gave a 4 star was because the aisles are really small and I brought my baby in his stroller so it was really hard to maneuver but customer service was great, products were great, and my baby still loves the colic drops I got here.

Workers very polite but I wish they were wearing their PPE properly, the store is small and I don’t like having to squeeze through the isles of workers and customers not wearing masks or wearing their mask on their chin. No proper social distancing whenever I go. My mother who liked coming to the store with me is an immune compromised individual and does not feel safe shopping here anymore. I do like the many vegan options and cruelty free options the store does provide though. And there are always sales going on, but I will stick with shopping online for my own safety and my mothers

Healthy Planet has wonderful staff and great online customer service as well. Generally they have all the products I'm after with a great selection and at a better price point than another large online wellness supplier. Online orders are effortless and they arrive promptly. I would definitely recommend checking them out for your wellness needs!

First time in the store, I was looking for a specific vitamin and had to move out of the way 3 times so the sales person could get by me. Isles too small will not return. Not a welcoming store

Today I was humiliated in the store by their ‘PhD Doctor’ staff after I asked for recommendations for animal based high protein product that was soft and easy to take. The background is: My friend started his 3b lung cancer treatment this Wed and I wanted to find high quality supplement for the intense 6 wks back to back chemo/radiation he will undergo. The oncologist confirmed he will be coughing up blood so something that is easy on his esophagus is best. The hospital assigned an in-house dietician who specifically stated consuming animal and NOT plant based supplements and foods to keep up his weight and nutritional needs. This patient, is a full professor at the University, has a PhD in Analytical Chemistry and directs a laboratory focusing on functional food & lipidomics. So I trust both their combined judgement on what types of supplement to look for. This is an important point because when I went to the counter to ask for a dietician/on-site nutritionalist (the back area staff directed me to go to the cashier desk to ask the 2 people chatting for a dietician/nutritionalist because he didn’t feel comfortable recommending products for a cancer patient; otherwise - I would not have explicitly used those titles when explaining my situation and asking for help). I was promptly told to go down an aisle to get some collagen. The same lady came up to me a few minutes later when I was ready to leave the store empty handed and told me, ‘she “ignored” me because I asked for a dietician/nutritionalist NOT knowing she has a PhD and she was a Doctor’. I was shocked this offended her and repulsed that she deliberately sent me away with minimal help when I was desperately looking for advice for a serious situation. If this title was so important to you, why wouldn’t you have a name badge or a plaque frame to state who you are and what services you provide? Secondly, correcting me, clarifying you had a PhD and asking me to call you Dr. X would have suffice (still no idea what her PhD is in, could have been Psychology at this point since she never identified herself) After she had a chance to voice her displeasure about my ignorance, she personally shows me the collagen and the fermented vegetable powders. I told her I will forward the brands to my patient friend and get his dietitian’s approval to take these supplements during treatment. She seemed put off that I would check in with someone else, but I let that go. Then I asked if there were any testing product info to show metal analysis, nutritional value and protein concentration. She kept referring to the fact that it’s organic, provides full spectrum profile and I should be satisfied. I wasn’t! I’m a scientist too! I may only have a Masters in Science but I’ve worked in a lab, worked with testing labs and researchers for 15 years. My patient friend who can easily interpret the analytical results, will want to know and he would be able to discern whether the content is suitable for him or not especially since he’ll be immune compromised. So this is not me asking for the sake of asking for info. I genuinely expected just a yes/no answer and I would have sent the recommendations to my patient friend to decide. Instead, this lady storms off to the back employee area, calls me annoying and tells me not to bother buying anything. If these basic questions are annoying then I have no idea what people ask for when shopping for cancer patients who require high quality clean products since they’ll have a suppressed immune system. Why should I take the marketing labels at face value when there is no comprehensive statutory framework for regulating functional foods and natural health products in Canada? Needless to say, I am offended by every aspect of this interaction. It’s been a very rough emotional and nerve wracking week preparing someone for chemo and trying my best to keep him fired up to face the unknown. But this was a huge kick in the face. I will never spend another dollar at this store again.

I love this store! I’m in there at least once a week if not twice Any time I have gone in there with questions, the staff have always been very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me find what I need! One of the employees spent about 10 minutes with me going through all the vegan protein powders when I was making the switch and helped me find one that I absolutely LOVE (sprout living - vanilla flavour in case you were wondering. YUM!) Thank you all for being so awesome!

So dissapointing. No one there helpful. Almost like no one knows where anything is. And was asked at the cashier if I found everything I was looking for and when I said no there was no follow up on what I did not find. Im not coming back. Every one of the people look lost. Definitely need better training of emoyees.

I'm always very impressed with how well stocked this store is. I find the prices to be on par or slightly lower than the competition.

As with any Healthy Planet I've been to their staff can be really pushy so I avoid them at all costs until I get to the register. I've fortunately had no run ins with staff (aside from them greeting me) but the long high pressure sales rants I've heard some go on to other patrons is wild.

Healthy Planet in London is my favourite health food store. The prices here are excellent and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store for all of your healthy food, natural skincare and makeup, supplement, and vegan food needs.
