6 weeks after purchase, the bananas finally ripe, but the skin still very tough that unable to peel it. Customer service needs improvement as well.

I am a regular customer at this location and every time I am provided with superb service. Monali recommend me a product for my energy levels and I truly feel more energized. I was also assisted by Urwah who took the time to walk me to each product that I was looking for in the grocery side of the store. Both ladies had helped me with a smile on their faces, amazing customer service!

Amazing store to shop at. I'm a regular I come in a couple times a week. Great customer service. And overall the workers are just very helpful.

I called to confirm whether they had a specific supplement that I was needing since it was sold out in a lot of places, the representative on the phone confirm that they had this appointment, and I drove 20 minutes to pick it up only to find out that there wasn’t any at all. A great waste of time.

The store's security guard kept following me closely around while shopping. VERY uncomfortable and rude.

I have been buying my vitamins, protein powder, skin care, groceries etc at Healthy planet in-store and online for many years. The prices are okay but better when on promotion. The staff is very helpful, the store is easy to get around to find what you need.

The store is very nice and clean, lots of products to choose from.too bad we were rushed by the security guard who kept following me and my husband around the store while we were browsing for protein powder. We don’t look like your typical white middle aged customers unfortunately but I think we deserve the same shopping experience.

This is their worst location. You will never get a hold of their costumer service they will send you straight to voicemail or hang up the phone on you

Amazing place I get all of my healthy supplements from here, Usman (one of the associates there) is my go to for all knowledge on health and wellness. My go to shop!

I've been more than satisfied with every visit at this location! The store manager (Fahad) is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. On more than one occasion have I asked his advice on garlic supplements, and every time, his service exceeded my expectations: I've asked countless professionals about garlic and its unique benefits for me, but Fahad's patient words taught me many important things that nobody else had told me before. At this rate, I wouldn't be surprised if one day he finds the cure for cancer ;)

I love shopping here. Fahed is so knowledgeable and helpful. This is my go to if ever I need anything.

With an immunocompromised family member at home, we have had to resort to virtual shopping, which hasn't been easy when you can't always see the product firsthand. That said, Caren made some great recommendations when choosing healthy supplements and snacks for home (such as the Genestra probiotics as well as “Vegan Rob's” chips). She was also super patient and actually took the time to help me out on the phone where I didn’t feel rushed. Thank you Caren!

Great place to pick up organic produce at reasonable prices. Marco is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this store for fresh produce.

I’ve been looking for a harm free medication to help my baby to get more a good sleep during night time, there is a young, beautiful, friendly, and a very helpful lady named Marina, who introduced a drop that called Orange natural (Sleep Tight). I purchased one and I’m very very glad that I came cross of a person like her.

I have been shopping at this location for many years. The staff is nice and the store selection is great. Monali in particular which I know for a long time stands out as she is knowledgeable and helpful.

I am served as though, every person cares beyond simply answering my questions. Even, when, I make a mistake in my understanding of something, the server is not impatient or rushed. Most servers today are obviously there for the money and yours are on a different level. They serve, I believe, as a lesson in "love your neighbour as yourself! "

Love this place. It's home to me not necissarily because it's a homey vibe although that would be ideal - but because it has the best stuff, and everything I need products and groceries wise. Props to Abdullah,   Monali, Caren, Marina and anyone I've missed! Stay phenomenal.:) Abdullah, you're always so open, approachable and ready for service - you actually make me look forward to returning cause of your persona. Monali, your gentle and helpful spirit is beautiful and it beautifies the environment. Caren, I just met you today and I love you already lol. There are a few other individuals whose names I dont know who always acknowledge me with such a delighted greet and never fail to help answer any questions I may have - sometimes even before I ask.

PS I dropped my egg carton today (thankfully it was not messy - one yoke on the ground, 2 damaged eggs and 2 cracked but redeemed ones) and sweet Caren was so quick to help assist me and clean up. She got me a new bag and assured me she can replace the broken ones. What a sweet soul (esp cause I felt so bad)! She was also super knowledgeable and friendly in assisting me as I consulted her on my long term scalp issues. Thanks for ramping up the positive vibes at Healthy Planet and making it feel more homey.:)

I am in this location very often. Maybe more then I should be, but I am always being introduced to amazing healthy alternatives. When I do have questions. Tina never fails! Her knowledge about the products in the store is excellent. Another helpful employee is Peter. When I have trouble finding a product he does not hesitate to help. These two stand out for me, but overall the staff at this location is great.

Best Healthy Planet I've been to. I frequent this one a lot because it's across the street from my work and the service is always exceptional. Peter was especially a great help today.

I have been buying my sons weight lifting supplements at healthy planet for about a year now. The advice and guidance I have received has been incredible. There is one staff member there in particular (Jason) I believe. Tall guy with muscles and longer hair lol. He has been so helpful coaching my son and I regarding the best supplements, their specific ingredients and how they work. Very knowledgeable guy, friendly and patient with all our questions. Not sure if he’s one of the store managers but he should be. He never try’s to sell me on the most expensive stuff but only what is best that I can afford. Great store, great staff, great prices!

This Markham location used to be my go-to grocery store when I lived near the area. The store is always well-stocked, clean, and welcoming. All the staff are knowledgeable and super friendly. I went there the other day and Peter helped me with a lot of questions I had about nutrients and protein powders. Carmen working at the cashier was super helpful and friendly too. Will definitely come back for another visit whenever I am near the area

I go here often and everyone is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Often Peter is working during the week and available to answer all of my questions. Every time I have a health concern my needs are met with a natural solution that WORKS! I love this location and the staff that work here. Thank you!

I am so pleased whenever I visit Healthy Planet which I did today at Mccowan and Highway 7 with the service provided by Monali, Manica and the guy in the Fruits and Vegetable dept. They are very professional and takes time to answer my questions and find me products relating to my health concerns. I feel so good whenever I go shopping and they are working.

They are knowledgeable, also pleasant and helpful. Thank you guys for bring there.

There were customers roaming without masks making me feel unsafe to shop. I asked one of the employees and he gave me a general statement that some customers are exempted. I saw another customer entering the store without a mask but I did not see anyone questioned about why he is not wearing a mask.

Other than that store is big and I was able to find what I was looking for.

This is one of my go-to health food stores when I am in the area. There is parking on the sides, front and back of the store. This location is also a lot larger than it looks from the outside. I was trying to find a few products that I couldn’t find elsewhere, and Abdullah was very helpful. Even though he was by himself at the cash, with only another colleague helping in the natural products aisle, he took the time to ask if I had found what I was looking for. There is a huge selection of supplements, natural beauty and food products, as well as frozen and refrigerated foods. There is a small area for organic produce. Prices are comparable to what I would pay online, and slightly higher than my other go-to place, but then again, distance and gas comes into consideration.

My husband usually goes to the Healthy Planet near our home in Etobicoke, but since we had a few errands in the area and needed to restock on a few items, we decided to check out this location. It had everything we typically need and the girl helping us was helping.

It is an amazing place to work! Been with the company for almost 3 years let alone a shopper for 5+ year! It feels like family every time I walk in. I always walk out with so much more knowledge about my health alternatives will recommend to people of all ages!

I was looking for some supplements yesterday and was not able to find it anywhere. Then I called Healthy Plant Markham location and spoke with Fahd (store Manager) and he was able to solve my issue in matter of minute. Honestly I was very pleased with Fahd extensive knowledge of products, his exceptional customer service and his understanding of my situation. Thank you Fahd and thank you Healthy Plant

This healthy planet store is outstanding. The manager is really efficient, checking the sale signs on the shelves and saying hello and goodbye to everyone who enters the store, with a thank you as well. AAA.

Stock is amazing here too as well friendly employees.

Very diversified store. Gluten free, lactose free and vegan will have a lot options here. I found everything that I needed. Very recommended.

This was my first time going to this location and the customer services was very bad, and staff behaved very rudely, not just to me but I witnessed to another customer as well.

The staff here are incredibly rude. I visited the store when it was rather quiet, only two other people in there, and none of the employees at the front greeted me. They simply stared and looked me up and down. Then they followed me around the store, conveniently re-adjusting the merchandise whenever I would glance at them. When I checked out my items, they again, did not say a word to me and looked at the bag I was carrying, as if I had stolen something.

Nice racial profiling, you guys.

In addition to this, this store sucks anyways. Poor selection and they have the worst return policy. If you purchase something here, don't expect to get your money back, even if there is something wrong with the product.

Twice happened to me buying products online then find out expiry date was about three months. Too much hassle to return and you have to label and bring the box back to the Post office. Even though I made comments in reference to the expiry date, they still send you products close to expiry date. Wondering if that is the reason why the products were on sale so that they could get rid of them, but why don't they tell us beforehand then? Time spending over the phone to fix this, is just not worth it.

Trying to get through at 10: 30am on a weekday, no answer, this is not the first time. Markham location idoes not answer their phone.

Someone is always there to help you out. All the staff there is very friendly and courteous. Definitely recommend this location.

If you see something on the website on sale that is marked a higher price in the retail location, let the cashier know and they will price match it for you.

This is by far the worst location and sadly, it is the closest location to me. I regularly come here to shop, it's where I find so many things I enjoy using. There's a selective few staffs that are helpful and can go above and beyond but the most of them aren't suitable for their job title because they don't take it really seriously.they aren't open to assisting you and have a very poor attitude towards you. For some reason, they're always so distraught when you've done nothing but mind your own business.and they're immature. When I go to other locations I've always felt satisfied.at this location there's always conflicts with the same brown ladies.

I bought Mac and cheese from this location but when I made it, it tasted funny. Turns out it was expired. They refused to return it because the package was opened and said it was my responsibility to check if it expired before I bought it, which is very disappointing. The store shouldn’t have expired products on the shelf reguardless. I have also read other people having similar experiences. Don’t go to this store.

I think they're the new staff and they don't like to help. They don't even do anything & are extremely unknowledgeable. It took at least 20 minutes long to process the transaction. I'm livid. They didn't even know how to enter bulk items on the register. And the register wasn't working properly for bulk items. They were casually taking their time in the sense of resolving a problem in a timely manner. Their names were Mora and Kizzy. They both talk so much and wasn't paying any attention. It felt like they were here to play and not help customers. Maybe they're teenagers? Mora didn't even know what chia seeds were. One of the worst experiences ever. So unprofessional. It was just frustrating to see other customers paying for all their items and leaving. I've written to the management and taken pictures of this incident for documentation reasons even though they said they didn't want their picture taken so that's why their face is blocked so I can still have something to document. & you can even see Mora isn't even wearing a work top. Really shows that she does not take the job seriously

Great selection! Only place that had my sons specific vitamins in stock, and great prices compared to other retailers!

Manager is super rude, and wouldn't allow me to return this supplement which says "Tastes Amazing" on the bottle, when it tastes like eating a handful of dirt.

I tried to return it one day after I bought it, but she did not want to take the item back, I had to contact the manufacturer which called the store and told them to allow the return. Finally I went back to the store they were still reluctant to refund me, same manager tells me she drinks it all the time and it tastes great. I told her she obviously has malfunctioning taste buds or is lying to me. I did get my money back but only after a whole lot of arguing and driving to this horrible store twice.

Skip the hassle and go to whole foods down the road. They have a bigger selection and are super customer service oriented!

Knowledgeable staff. Very helpful. Listened to needs and suggested an alternative (I have to do reading on their suggestions to update myself). Their 500g bottle was sold out. So they combined two 250g bottle as the 500g bottle (@ price of 500g bottle) & honor the promotion of free 250g.

I've been shopping at this place for about 7 years. I never had a problem with a single product or representative until I bought IFN'S Hemavol2Max. It was defective as the contents of the powder had hardened and has a smell like sour milk. I've bought several Similar products over the course of 10 years and never have I experienced this issue. I went to their v.p/Elsmere location and was given incorrect information to visit the markham location. So I came to the Markham location and confirmed this was a wasted trip. Very Poor service for someone who spends upwards of $800 per year in my household for vitamins/Protein and Supplements. I even bought several gift cards over the years to give to my clients from these guys. Every other competitor is hungry for your business in today's market, why waste time with a small family run company when they throw away a costumer over one product which could easily have been sent back to the manufacturer. Very disappointed. Poor client experience.

Update: March 2018
3 months later the problem is still unresolved, IFN didn't even respond to my email, nor did Healthy Planet reach out when they could have simply DOA'd the product. I've since taken my business to Online Merchants as well as Pope*e's Supplements/Bu*lD*g Nutrition. Healthy Planet will stand to lose thousands from me, but since they are a family run business, they obviously don't care.
