Healthy Planet Milton

It would be nice if staff did not follow you around the store…it’s intimidating and unpleasant to feel like you’re under suspicion when you’re just looking at different products. It happens to me every time I shop there to the point where I’ve started shopping at other places, as far as south Oakville, to avoid this place.

The three stars are for the good vitamin, supplement, and snack selections.

I have started going there because I found Harsim (nutritionist) who is very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right product and explaining each medicine well with benefits.
She is a life saver for me and I appreciate all her help and support. I ask lots and lots of questions and she listens and explains well with a smile. I go there because of her. I hope healthy planet don’t let her go anywhere as she is the gem and back bone of the store. God Bless Harsim!

Overcharged again. The screen doesn’t show what they are billing you. Don’t leave until you check your bill.

Karina: This young lady has been very courteous, knowledgeable, approachable and very willing to help the customer. I appreciate her willingness to give the customer valued time and service. Give this young lady a raise without question.

I am a regular customer. I am so disappointed how they treated me as their loyal and regular customer. I bought a lot of products there and last Friday, i did not notice that one product I bought was charged twice. I went back today. They said they need to look at the camera. Really? For $7 worth, I will not make some false claim for $7 worth. I did not like what the other lady cashier told me that they need to watch the camera. I am just being honest here and seems you don’t believe me. It is not my fault and you made some mistakes here you charged me twice. So disappointed with your customer service. By the way, yes you can watch the camera and so you can see who made a mistake here.

Karina, Prabh & samme, were all extremely helpful & knowledgeable. My problems were resolved effortlessly. They are a great team.my favorite healthy planet in Ontario.

I’m a regular at this location. The staff is extremely helpful - prices are very competitive. I went in today and was helped by - Prabhjot, Harsim, Karina and Inshal. All of them are super knowledgeable & helped me pick the right product for my issue. I recommend this place for your health care needs.

I visited Healthy Planet in Milton today and received exceptional service from one of the sales staff (Karina) I had quite a few items to find throughout the store, all areas. I asked her for help and she knew where everything was quickly.she is also extremely knowledgeable on all products. This store has great presentation, friendly staff and I will definitely be shopping here more often.

Great store, staff and products! I stooped shopping at Organic Garage at the start of the pandemic and I'm so happy I made the change to Healthy Planet. Their prices are decent. Staff are always available and friendly. They are also very knowledgeable about different health issues and what products are most beneficial. Thanks Healthy Planet Milton!

Update 2 months later (June 2022)
Went in for milk and asked one of the staff about acne products for one of my teenagers. Well, a wealth of information on all types of skin issues and several products later. I got more then what I came in for. Super thankful I decided to stop Meriam for help. She is amazing!

Fantastic experience yesterday (one of many) but in particular after calling regarding an aloe supplement, one was left on stock and it was held for me. I absolutely love the customer service and also the products carried in-store. Looking forward to the aloe. A study in 2009 determined positive anti-aging and reversal conclusions in a group of participants due to increased natural collagen production via aloe consumption. Will definitely be a discussion with loved ones and guests in my chair and I’ll point others in your direction (as I already do)! Thanks so much for carrying this! You rock!

Meriam is incredibly helpful and knows everything for your beauty and skin care needs. She's kind, caring, and listens to every word. The staff are great and the nutritionists have a deep knowledge for any homeopathic issues. Would recommend to anyone who needs any help or direction in their physiological problems or to continue enhancing your life!

I had a great experience at healthy planet yesterday. Muhab was very knowledgeable and took his time to educate me. I will definitely go back.

This is my go to place to find everything that I am looking for. The establishment is clean, organized, and filled with knowledgeable staff. I had the pleasure of Sal to assist and educate me on the products that would work best for my health. Highly recommend.

Staff working is not wearing a mask. I left without purchase and will not bring my business here again. This is a serious health concern and she needs put her feelings aside and wear a mask to protect costumers coming into the store.

Kind, knowledgable staff and a great selection of health food products, supplements, outstanding sports nutrition and more. The prices are very fair. The store is a great resource for Milton that I am happy to support.

Staff extremely rude. I don’t blame the staff. I blame store management.

I was at the store taking display photos as part of Mystery Shopper program that your store enrolled in but was kicked out by very rude staff associate gentlemen.

I had explained that this was part of a mystery shopper program but instead of listening he kicked me out of the the store.

Either you have failed to train your staff or you should not be enrolled in the Field Agent if you do not permit photos taken in your store. Which one is it?

It is the former I would like an apology. If it’s the latter, you should be removed from the program as you should know there will be others entering your store to take pictures of your displays as part of the mystery shopper program.

I am a very regular customer of Healthy Planet and Milton, ON location in particular.
I always buy lot of products and they happily match the price with any other websites.
Today when visited the Milton store and asked for a price match, I was told that they have stopped matching the price. And when I asked them since when? ; the answer was since we have a new manager joining us!
Really! Is company policy driven by a manager joining a store.
I was really disappointed and promised myself to refrain from buying anything from here going forward.

THIS PLACE WAS MY GO TO VITAMINS STORE, WILL NOT BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN. THIS STORE HAS VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD.

This store has great staff, all very knowledgeable and helpful with finding exactly what supplements I needed. As well as educating me on the differences between brands.

Came in for some protein shake and I met Salem who guided me into getting the right protein shake. Thanks Salem for the help and guidance, will come shop at this location again.
