Employees are rude and don’t know their own policies. It clearly says that you return OPENED products within 30 days with a receipt. Yet the manager at this location apparently has never done an open return in the three years she worked there. Other locations will do returns for you no problem. AVOID this location.

Friendly staff and cashier, although only one person actually stopped and offered to help, Joslyn. So, thank you.

The staff at this location are extremely rude and not helpful, there’s a lot of attitude. Save yourself some aggravation and go to the Islington or Stockyards location, they provide a much more positive experience!

I spend over 200$ every time I shop from this store but unfortunately the customer service is terrible. The cashier at the front is really rude I will never go back to this store

This is a great location. I've been coming here for over 10 years. The staff is kind and friendly. They are always informative and stocked up. The products are top knotch. I reccommend this location!

This location should rather be closed. Staff response is "we don't carry this product" in a very unpleasant way like throwing a brick.
Better to take custom to some other branches nearby.

Good variety and stock of items from suppliments to body care. The staff I have interacted with have be pleasant and knowledgeable.

Worst experience ever in Healthy Planet in Mississauga. I have been a loyal customer for 3 years, expending $300/month and the employees so disrespectful, lack of knowledge and not customer service experience at all. It was my favorite place but I do not understand how come the employees can destroy the image of a place. Today was the worst experience ever in Healthy Planet Mississauga. If the employees do not know the products, they should be honest and say that they do not know instead of saying that they do not have it.
So disrespectful the way these employees fight with the customer.

I had a good experience with the staff. They knew the products well and were friendly. Prices are competitive as well

It’s okay product wise - not always well stocked though. They used to have one employee that was really helpful if you were looking for something or needed information about a product (or needed recommendations), but now you kind of have to know what you need and where to find it on your own.
The biggest deterrent now is the types of people that shop there - 95% maskless (even with a cough) now that the mandates have dropped. No where else do I see shoppers like this. Guess they think the arms full of vitamins and supplements they’re buying are going to stop them from getting and spreading Covid to others.

Great variety of products! There were a few "hard-to-find" items on my list that I was able to get at this store. They also have sales pretty frequently. On my last visit, I received great customer service from a knowledgeable and friendly young lady (I would mention her name, if I remembered it.a blonde woman). How she treated the customers definitely stood out from the other employees.

I shop here regularly. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. They respect peoples rights and do not discriminate against people with medical mask exemptions.

I love shopping here and will continue to support this place.

Went to the store yesterday. At least three employees where not wearing proper masks but variation of plastic shields/unsealed mouth or nose covering. Shields are useless, COVID19 is airborne. One of the employee without a proper masks is sick. She was coughing throughout my visit there. At one point she removed the plastic from her mouth to drink something from her cup. If your employees are sick, give them a day or two off. As a customer, I do not feel comfortable walking into a business in which proper masking is not in use and staff is sick and coughing while not wearing any fitted mask. I felt so uncomfortable and will not go back. I advised my family not to go either. It is clear that proper health guidelines are not being followed.

The Scarborough location on Lawrence Ave is by far the best Healthy Planet. Customer Service is great and selection great.

There is one particular cashier at the Mississauga location that is quite unpleasant and the selection is incomparable next to the Scarborough location.

The customer service could be improved at times the workers do not appear like they want to help.
