Kat at Healthy Planet in Stoney Creek was extremely patient and helpful to me, today, as I asked questions and made decisions about 5-6 different products. She also made excellent recommendations to take advantage of potential discounts and savings that would benefit me. She even ordered a couple of items that were not in stock, which saves me time and money. This place is great. The staff are always so helpful.

Went to healthy planet recently, extremely helpful employee directed me to exactly what I needed.

I was looking for supplements and Mya was able to guide me through my selection and purchase. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I love healthy planet I go here every month stock up on my vitamins and skin care and I’m set for the entire month. And the sales are by far the best I’ve seen for natural products

We have always had a great experience at this large, clean store. The staff are very friendly and helpful!

I love how easy it is to park here and pick up some staples before I head over to Walmart. The store has more potential to bring in more foods and less fluff. I usually get shampoo, gluten-free wraps and yoghurt for my diet. What could be better is if they focused on bags of fresh food like vegetables and fruits rather than chips which only taste so-so. They have been trying to make the customers happy as of recently and gave away some nice things. You have to watch out for the sales in the fliers because there are definitely deals compared to online retailers.

Amazing location. They've always been very helpful for products and supplements, and willing to take the time to make sure I've always left with everything I need. Great selection of grocery items as well - always a pleasure to visit

Spent some time with their very helpful team member Eddie getting some advice on the best vitamin B12 supplement to buy. Not a big purchase, but unlike other reviewers who suggested that the service differs based on how you look or how much you spend, I found Eddie to be very professional and helpful with my specific needs. Would definitely recommend this location, and Eddie in particular if you want a trusted advisor for your healthy nutrition needs!

Absolutely awful place to go will not be going back here. I was trying to ask an associate a question I believe her name was Jen? She was so rude and uninterested in helping me just wanted to push supplements that I wasn't even asking for, pushy, rude, self entitled. Watched some blonde girl sit on her phone and ignore me. Unbelievable. I will be going somewhere else from now on. Long time customer lost here.

This location is absolutely lovely it is always so clean and tidy and the staff has always greeted me with a very friendly approach. The lovely lady who helped me today went above and beyond to help me find what I needed and even told me more about sales so I could end up saving money in the long run! 10/10 highly recommend!

Store is nice, clean and staff is generally attentive and willing to help. However, you need to be aware and double check the prices ring up properly at the cash registers. Without exaggeration, I’ve fallen victim to being over charged for items more than a dozen times. Sale and promotional prices rarely ring up correctly and you have to tell the cashier the correct pricing, wait for them to verify, and then correct or refund you.
You guys NEED to do better with this.
This business also does not subscribe to the Scanning Code of Practice as most major retailers, so there is no recourse for these types
of errors.

Everything you need in health, supplements, and different kinds of protein. Plus skin and hair care. Also vitamins and minerals.who needs to visit Costco or waist money on Costco membership? This place is awesome for people whom seeking healthy lifestyle.

Was excited to visit a new health food store but then disappointed when almost no one inside were wearing masks and people were talking about vaccine conspiracies. I felt very unsafe and would probably not go back. Do better.

The customer service in this store is fantastic. They staff were able to address all of my questions promptly and accurately and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. Their Covid safety protocol was excellent as well. I would highly recommend this store and this location. Their prices were competitive and they offered some great sales and deals. My wife Sharon and I had a great experience today. It all started when we decided to improve our health and live forever. First I went on the internet and checked out Healthy Planet. They say, "Health and wellness is our passion and we want to share that passion with you. " And they did, "Boy did they ever. "
We went to the Healthy Planet in Stoney Creek, where parking is no problem. Upon entering the store you can't help but be impressed, it's BIG, bright and spotless, the spacious aisles are lined with a huge variety. I had made a list of health products that I felt would help us in our quest. When a cheery voice said, "May I help you? " It was Jenny Snyder, Asst. Manager and certified nutritional consultant. We learned a lot from Jenny who is very knowledgeable and passionate about the science of good nutrition. Thank you Jenny and the rest of the staff at the Healthy Planet, Stoney Creek location. By far the best customer service from Ayla. I brought in a list that I needed and she gave me the best options. Ayla wasn't just trying to sell me something but rather explained the differences in the products. I have been to other locations and they don't even acknowledge you. Ayla answered all my questions and was very informative about everything. I will be returning for all health needs.
