After noticing a little hearing loss over the past year I decided to book an appointment with Hear Right Canada in Brighton, Ontario.
As I entered the door I was greeted by a pleasant Receptionist and a very short time later greeted by a warm, welcoming professional Hearing Specialist Jennifer Travale.
I found Jennifer to be very thorough in her assessments and evaluations of my hearing loss. She is knowledgeable and has excellent communication skills.
Jennifer conveyed all important information about my current hearing issues very clearly and I understood information she shared about hearing loss in general that I never knew before.
I highly recommend this practice.

Great experience! Very professional and provided a detailed explanation on the results. I was only in for a baseline reading this time and don't have to come back for a couple of years, but this will definitely be my go to place for hearing tests.

Recently I decided to be proactive and go to have my hearing checked. A friend advised me to go to the Brighton Hear Right Clinic where they had received excellent service. It is a lovely little Clinic and I immediately felt at ease from the time I walked through the door. Jennifer was very pleasant and professional. She explained the procedure well as we went along through the steps and answered all my questions. Since there is a family history of hearing loss and I am not getting any younger I will definitely go back again in a few years.

Very friendly people, I didn't mind waiting a bit before my session as they were busy providing urgent care to an elderly patient. Jennifer takes her time, explaining every step of each process.
