L'audiologiste est compétente et professionnelle. Cependant, l'appareil qu'on m'a proposé n'était pas adéquat pour moi qui suis très active. L'appareil que l'on m'a prêté à l'essai pendant qlq jrs tombe et ne tient pas bien en place quand je pratique mes activités sportives (marche rapide, yoga). Bref, je n'ai pas observé bcp d'amélioration à le porter et l'appareil en question n'est qu'un amplificateur de son. Il ne résoud pas ni n'empêche pas le déclin de la perte auditive. Pour moi, trop coûteux pour peu de bénéfices.

Everytime I visit Helix Hearing Care in Ottawa at 595 Montreal rd, I hear better, seeing better and feel rejuvenated.

I'm an experienced guy impaired my whole life. This location is amazing. They have always cared. Anyone can wear an aid, Helix Montreal rd makes the visit extremely satisfying.

Exceptional service! I have been dealing with them for 5 years and am always most impressed with their expertise, their service, their response to any problem!

They are a wonderful group of people who don't use pressure tactics to up sell you. I actually respect them and I can't say that about many hearing aid companies.
