We visited this clinic for my wife’s ear wax removal as she has been complaining of clogged ears for over a week now. We tried the ear drops from the pharmacy hoping it would help clear wax from her ear but built up wax over the years can solidify and its harder to remove. However, Andre was informative and did the job with precision and perfection. He just used a water based tool that puts water into your ears with pressure and gets rid of all the wax in your ear. He took time to consult with us before doing a pre inspection of the ears to make sure the wax was actually present. The whole process took less than 10 mins and we were on our way. Right away after the wax removal, my wife said she could hear more clearly than she had ever done before. She is super happy and satisfied with the procedure. The front desk admin was also super nice and friendly. I would 100% recommend this clinic to anyone who is having any hearing or ear related issues because they are the real deal.

It was a great experience for my 85 year old mother who was very nervous and uptight. From the moment we booked the appointment, to the meet and greet by Juliet, and then the very personal and gentle care of Andre, I could not ask for better care and service for my mother. Andre did a very gentle and thorough cleaning, and removal of my mothers earwax, and did a tuneup on her hearing aids, and I would strongly recommend this service for anyone, especially for seniors. I came in for an ear wax removal in my right ear, and they were able to completely remove the blockage. He even removed wax from my left ear. It was completely painless, and quick. I also loved that the doctor was able to engage my grandfather in conversation!

My young son gets very anxious and won’t allow us to clean his ears hence why we needed some help. This is a very family oriented clinic. Andre took his time and made my son feel at ease by telling him what to expect and allowing him to touch the equipment, which my son loved! Their receptionist is so sweet and lovely and their clinic is very clean. We are very happy with their service. Highly recommend!
