I can truly say his home visit certainly changed Dad's quality of life. We did not feel rushed and were given every opportunity to ask any questions. Keep up your amazing work! Audiologist Michael Prangley is a total professional. He is very thorough when explaining hearing test results and took all the time necessary when fitting the aids and ensuring that I understand how to use them for best results. At 49 years of age, I was not expecting to need hearing aids and Michael was extremely helpful in answering my many questions and helping me decide which hearing aids would best suit my lifestyle. Michael was always very patient, and I never felt like he was trying to sell me a specific hearing aid but instead he went over the pros and cons of each type. He even went above and beyond by loaning me a pair of hearing aids to try for a weekend before I made my final purchase. As somebody who has had hearing aids since I was three, I've had my fair share of experiences with audiologists and clinics - and Mike and the Hearing Solutions team are absolutely first rate.

When my old aid died before the replacement was available, Mike stepped up and went above and beyond to ensure I was not without in the interim. When the new aid wasn't fully satisfactory, the change to a new model was seamless.
