Hearing Solutions

I've been coming here once a year for about 7 years. The staff is wonderful, and my audiologist Sebastien is exceptional. I was a very difficult client - a professional musician with highly specific needs and preferences. I hated my hearing aids in the beginning. Sebastien was a master technician and problem solver - tweaking them and trying different things, until they were perfect for me. Now I absolutely love the crystal clarity of my hearing - and love that I can watch tv with the volume off and the sound just in my hearing aids. I'm so glad Sebastien was determined to help me and never gave up on me!

Amazing service. The receptionist, student worker and the woman who dealt with my hearing aids are top notch. Everyone is polite and completely helpful. My hearing aids work great. I had some questions and they were answered. The paper work went really fast. I have no complaints at all. I have a friend who I could never hear now I can crystal clear.

This is my THIRD company to deal with the hearing aid situation. I say this because it gives me a wealth of experience in comparison. Any of the 3 companies is happy to sell the aids and covering package, BUT only Hearing Solutions (Carlingwood) follows through with upkeep/maintenance and regular updates. I have been provided with the very BEST advice, care and service here. The staff- Daila, Sébastien, , Ruqayyah are EXCELLENT …. Always welcoming and professional. Bravo!

I had the pleasure of visiting Hearing Solutions Clinic, and I must say that my experience was absolutely wonderful. Ever since I learned about this clinic and used their services, I have been impressed by their professionalism and friendliness. I followed all the instructions that were given to me, and I'm so glad I did.
During all my appointment visits, the team at the clinic made me feel comfortable and at ease. They were knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. Best of all, I can now hear almost everything better than before, and I cannot remember the last time my hearing was so perfect.
The team at the Hearing Solutions Clinic was just amazing. From the receptionists to the audiologists, everyone was friendly, professional and accommodating. Not sure I remember all their names apart from Ruqqayah and maybe Daila is it They truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to ensure that their hearing needs are met.

Even though it is not mandatory, I am planning on doing a follow-up with the clinic in six months to a year, just to make sure that everything is still good. I would highly recommend the Hearing Solutions Clinic to anyone in need of hearing care. Thank you, Hearing Solutions Clinic, for making a positive difference in my life.

Very kind, knowledgeable and sensitive staff, they will make you feel taken care of and give you nothing but excellent customer service. I really look forward to any appointments I have with them!

Hearing solutions use best practices and if you need hearing aid they use real ear measurements witch is best a big part of best practices I personally use hearing aids and they just need a tweak but hearing solutions is more like av10.

One of my hearings aids fell out on my drive way without my knowing it. I thought I'd have to pay $300 to replace it. Somebody from our building found it and turned it in. I got it back but it had obviously been run over by a car and was all scratched up etc. I took it into Hearing Solutions and they replaced the dome etc.so it's working fine - at no charge.

I have been very pleased with the service provided at the Hearing Solutions
at Carlingwood Shopping Centre. From the receptionist to the hearing specialist I can’t say enough about their professionalism and caring ways. Thank you so much

Was really ticked off. Had a problem with my husbands hearing aid. They told us to bring it in. They open at 9: 30. We show up at 9: 40 and they are not open. Try calling no answer. They think l have time to wait around for them
