Very informative! The doctor was great at explaining the ear anatomy and reviewing the tests. I was having some issues and feelings of fullness and difficulty hearing so I wanted to get my hearing checked. The only complaint I have is that the website advertised free hearing test, but I was charged $150. Not sure why, but overall great experience.

Like many people probably reading this, i’ve never actually had my ears cleaned properly…ever. I felt it was finally time, and i heard great things about this clinic.

So i called and made an appointment.

I arrived at the clinic on time to which i was greeted by Jess and Meredith. They were both extremely pleasant and welcoming.

Meredith treated me, and I have to say i had no idea what to expect, but that was the smoothest experience compared to what i imagined having my ears cleaned would've been. I was also shocked how much wax was extracted from years of build up. I feel like i can actually hear more clearly now.

This clinic and the people who run it are absolutely amazing, I have severe hearing loss but through the efforts made by Rob and Meredith in getting me the appropriate hearing aids I am NOW able to function as a normal person in any social setting. My husband who is 89 yrs old just got his hearing aids on Friday. He is so happy with them. Now he realizes how deaf he really was. He just loves them and we must say the service is so good. They explain everything so well. We now can both watch T. V. Before I had to go in the other room as it was way too loud for me.

My hearing test showed certain frequencies were missing i my hearing ability, and as a guitar player I am now hearing those frequencies clearly

I couldnt be more greatful! Went to a regular walk-in clinic to get my ear unclogged to no success. Everyone kept telling me Id have to wait about a week.which is brutual if youve ever had the uncomfortable feeling of wax built up. Then I found this location (hearing well matters). I got my first set of hearing aids five years ago from a different national supplier and was very unsatisfied with their staff and service. Fortunately I selected Hearing Well Matters for my replacement hearing aids. I found their testing process to be much more comprehensive and their staff is very competent and well trained. My experience with Hearing Well Matters was exceptional and vastly superior to what I experienced with my first supplier.
I strongly recommend this company. I am confident that they will provide you with the same accommodating and professional experience that I got!

We.my wife and Me, have had poor responses and poor answers to questions previously and we were VERY pleased with our reception with Hearing Well Matters. The tester was very knowledgeable and attentive to our questions. The result has been a well satisfied feeling in the final stages of the overall experience.
Of particular notice was the inclusion of 2 mini microphones which were set up so that my wife and I could talk with one another even when not in the same room! This we have found establishes a very good link between us across the table in a noisy dining room. All included in a great package. ADD A NOTE (one year later). We went to a review of the past years experiences and, as usual, were listened and responded to very personally. Great stuff, Rob.

Staff were all very friendly and polite. I was able to get an appointment for the next morning, and the service was fast and effective. My son plays the drums and I brought him with me to see if they had good ear protection; they fitted him right there then for custom ear plugs. I highly recommend.

I am so glad I did, Meredith Joaquim looked after my testing and was very thorough and professional to my ear issues, and explained what the procedure would entail in a very clear manner. Meredith gave me the option to watch the digital imaging of my inner ear as well as suctioning the ear and doing a comprehensive hearing test. My experience was very thorough and rewarding.from the initial sound checks to the installation of the hearing aids. The weekly visits to assess and adjust the aids, to the ongoing personal service, as well as the open door policy to address any concerns, in this day and age is rare. We visited Hearing Well Matters in an emergency as my husband could not hear. He had lost his hearing aid. We are so pleased as they were able to lend him a set to use until he got a new pair. He can hardly hear but they fixed him up with a great new set. He is hearing the best he has in years. Taylor was at the desk when we entered and was very friendly and efficient and Robert Hamilton was great, Super friendly and preformed all test required. These hearing aids are wonderful adding to John’s quality of

I had a very positive experience during my appointment. All the staff was very friendly and kind. Dr. Hamilton took the time to explain everything to me and also showed me my results with an explanation on the outcome.

I got an excellent pair of custom musician’s earplugs to protect my hearing while playing the violin. It preserves the sound of the violin while lowering everything by 15 decibels. They also have others for people who play louder instruments. They are very comfortable to wear.

I forgot to add how modern the equipment used for the hearing tests is. You even get a copy of the complete results of your test. So much more impressive than a test I had done by an audiologist that took only a few minutes with no detailed results whatsoever.

Friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and efficient. Explained hearing test results clearly and answered all questions comprehensively.

Great service from everyone, I really couldn't ask for more! After a thorough ear cleaning and extensive hearing test Rob Hamilton recommended I try hearing aids to help with my tinnitus which I've been suffering from for over 2 years now. Today was my second visit for a fitting and I can hardly tell I'm wearing them. Whether this will become a solution that works for me remains to be seen but I'm willing to give it a try, especially with the support and understanding offered by Rob and his staff. So far a BIG thumbs up!

I suddenly lost the hearing in my left ear and I called Hearing Well Matters! And was given an appointment for the next day. Dr. Hamilton's positive, calm and knowledgable manner helped me overcome my nervousness. I was impressed with the time taken to explain so clearly about the wax buildup in my ears. He recommended that I put drops in my ears for the next four nights. I returned for the second appointment and the wax was removed from both ears. I now enjoy hearing with both ears, and all is well!

Rob is very knowledgeable and provides great service. I have a pair of ReSound Quatro 9s that I am trying out as a first time hearing aid user. I highly recommend Rob at Hearing Well Matters.

First visit was very good. I received lots of info explaining what was going on in my ears along with some drops to assist on my next visit.

2nd visit I was apprehensive, having never had my ears cleaned before.

Quite the shock when the first rush of water gusted in my ear without some notice or real explanation on what to expect.

It was over quick but was quite shocking.

Have one more visit but now I know what might happen am better prepared.

Easy to find, clean, pleasant. Knowledgeable people and easy to understand. Testing and results are interesting. Thankfully I don't need hearing aids! Yet
