If I could give them a 0 review I would. My mother went here and was sold NON rechargeable hearing aids for waaaay too much money and was never even told there are rechargeable available. Had so many issues where 1 hearing aid wouldn’t work and had to continually go in to get them “fixed”. The receptionist is absolutely horrible, would always tell her “it’s not my fault” that her hearing aids weren’t working. She is now out this money and has to get new ones somewhere else. Do not go here!

Dr. Zhang is absolutely the most unprofessional, uncaring surgeon/person/doctor I have ever come across. Her agenda is money, not helping people. She’s missing the empathy and compassion of doing what she is supposed to do which is helping human beings. Her office manager Trisha is extremely unprofessional and rude. Dr. Zhang left me a voicemail, and they then both spoke badly of me and my 7 year old daughters situation without knowing that they didn’t hang up the phone properly. They record calls without consent as well, just a warning. Go elsewhere, ask for the surgeons in Burlington. Believe me stay away, you will thank me that you listened.

They were very polite and extremely professional and the office is nice and really easy to find. Unfortunately for me there wasn't alot that could be done for my hearing problem. I would recommend them to anyone having trouble hearing

Good knowledgeable staff. Treat you like they cared. Parking can be a problem here.

Complete rip off for my aging Father. It does not cost upwards of $4K for a set of hearing aids. The inflation on this is unbelievable. There are almost as many of these shops as there are McDonalds in the area! Clearly its a rip off ;) What I do care about is ETHICS. I made a few more calls and had meetings and we got the exact same thing for a MUCH better price (half off and some). I beg you all to shop around. They have hanged from "Listen Up" due to regulations that were put in place from the Government making sure all locations had a Hearing Technologist present as prior they had 10 locations and one tech would manage all. Please stay far, far away from these money hungry people.
