Never pick up the phone, rude service, don’t schedule follow ups… list goes on. Ask to get referred elsewhere is the answer.

If I could give this office less than one star I would. The receptionist is unbelievably rude and bad at her job. I can't believe she hasn't been fired yet after scrolling through these reviews and seeing how poorly she's been treating people for YEARS.
Dr. Nyan is a great doctor and it's just so unfortunate that's she's losing so many patients because of her poorly picked staff.
I've waited 7 months to hear from them regarding a surgery my son was supposed to have. When I called all she told me was that she would contact me when she had something. I told her we were in Poland for a month and wanted to make sure we didn't miss her call. She said she would leave a voicemail and she hung up on me.
Fast forward 7 months, she had booked our appointment for while we were in Poland. She sent a letter to my family doctor saying we had missed our appointment, that we needed to pay a fee and that they would no longer take my son.
I couldn't believe this was how she handled the situation. The quality of my son's life is being affected because this lady can't do her job.
I don't understand how your office can allow this to continue.

We will not be returning.

Dr. Katie was exemplary in her professionalism, empathy and care and certainly product knowledge and awareness of general concerns around hearing loss. I would advise anyone who believes they may have even a little bit of hearing loss to visit and enjoy the best hearing test experience of your life, followed up by first-rate recommendations with an eye (ear) to aesthetics, and certainly cost and insurance coverage. Go nowhere else. This is a great way to check into your hearing health, which of course, is connected to your overall health.

The receptionists are so incredibly rude and disrespectful, the amount of people that have issues with this place anywhere from rude service to actual infections caused by their instruments is insane, there’s other better places with at least decent reception service

I don’t meet Dr. Gill yet, but his receptionist is rude. My daughter has some breathing problems, I missed the appointment because of few minutes but receptionist said she has already sent the letters that we missed the appointment. She sounds like She don’t want to help anyone. I wish I could give her 0 star.

His receptionist needs to work on her manners. How can she argue with me when he told me himself he would do my surgery. N then sends me else where without telling my. She needs school after her behavior today n he will hear about it.

I called today to book a new appointment and was told one was booked and missed a month ago. I hadn't booked any appointment. They apparently called me to confirm but didn't have any record of when that call was made or who they spoke with. The receptionist was rude and refused to answer my questions on how this happened. She got defensive and the focus was on collecting the missed appointment fee for which I hadn't made an appointment. The doctors mother places the confirmation calls and so I was told that I was in the wrong for questioning this mixup. I can see by quite a few other reviews that this receptionist can really do better to be a value add for the office.
