I like that I don’t have to worry about my son because the staffs are reliable, maintains good values, and act professionally.

The educators in this daycare are very nice, full of passion and have so much love for the kids. They try as hard as they can to accommodate the child/parents’ need. My son is very happy here and he’s always excited to go to the daycare. I would highly recommend this daycare!

My daughter Jahkiyah has had a fabulous experience at this daycare. The teachers are extremely knowledgeable and my daughter loves going everyday. The chef exceeds all expectations! The food is fabulous and they cater to my child's food needs. My daughter has learned so much and when the time comes for her to transition into kindergarten, she will be more than ready thanks to this daycare.

My kids attended Heartbeatz during the summer and this was the beat daycare we have ever been to. The staff was super caring and accommodating and the activities my kids did while in the program were amazing! All the the staff were like family to us by the end of the summer and we wished we could stay, but hopefully we will be back next year summer for the program again. They had awesome snacks and they also did events like potlucks and weekly outings with the kids during the summer to parks and even the Ontario Science Centre! They were very careful when taking my kids on excursions and my kids were always leaving there with a smile. I love each and every staff member for helping me with my kids this summer as it was one of the most memorable times in daycare, my kids will remember for life. We appreciate all of you at Heartbeatz and we miss you a lot! If there was an option for over 5 stars I'd give them 10!

Heart Beatz is absolutely wonderful. Even during lockdowns and, even though we’ve never been able to go inside, the virtual parties are always a hit. We love the daily updates and photos received by the app Hey Mama, including food updates. It’s awesome how many different foods she gets to try, and love that we feel safe in handing our child over when it comes to food allergies. We greatly appreciate how much the teachers care for our child and check-ins even when we are not there because they genuinely miss our baby. The teachers are amazing, the attention our child receives has been fantastic, loving, and caring. Our baby gets so much attention while at school and has met so many other little friends. I can’t imagine going to any other daycare!

My daughter has been going here since she was going onto 2 and i’ve never been happier with her development, safety and well-being. This daycare/preschool is the best experience for your toddlers to get in this area! I have no complaints the staff and manager are so good at communicating and ensuring our kids are happy and progressing well I couldn’t be happier? Especially throughout the pandemic they have been on top with ensuring the regulations were on point and that the kids were well. Lailah and I will miss everyone this September!

This daycare is amazing! My boy starting coming here at 2 1/2yrs old in the preschool room. Growing up during covid made him very dependant on his dad & I, and not very socialized with other kids. His speech, knowledge & independance has flourished in the past 4 months alone! He loves going to school, playing with his friends and seeing his teachers. Even on nights he doesnt want to go to sleep, if we tell him he has to get rest so he can go to school in the morning, he rushes to bed! And always wants to say goodbye and give hugs to all his teachers at pick up time. They clearly have love for every child in their care, I highly reccomend them!

I can tell this is one of the best childcare centre in Scarborough, my daughter is always happy and excited to come here, even during the weekends she wants to, cos I believe it’s one of her happy place that’s why she is always ready. Thank you to all the staffs and teachers of Ireanu am sure she will miss you all.

My son has been enrolled since he turned 1, he is now being transferred to the toddler room. We had the most amazing experience in the infant room, the staff are amazing. They are so caring and truly enjoy their job which makes it a lot easier for morning drop off! I am so glad we got a spot in this day care.

My daughter is passing out this year from this wonderful place. We came to Canada as a newcomer and my lil one was new to this whole world and we were so worried about her like how she's gonna cope up here but this was the best decision we ever made. She got a wonderful place to learn and grow. The teachers made her to beautiful person who's is she right now. I can't pass without mentioning them, Isabel, Babita, Abby, Krisha and Ibrahim - thanks a lot. I know thank you is not the right word for all the care and support to her and other lil ones. Also I would like to mention Irene for all the support and guidance that she has provided for us even during this pandemic situation. Really appreciate all your support and guidance for us. We will definitely miss other little ones in the school. And yeah this is the time to fly into other places. I would definitely suggest Heart Beatz for any parents who all are looking for a wonderful, supporting and caring place for your loved ones. This is the place! Once again thank you so much.

Considering today's circumstances of the pandemic, the staff at Heart Beatz Cliffcrest site, have been wonderful. During these times, and the uncertainties of our day to day lives with work, school, and other responsibilities, Heart Beatz have been very accommodating and very diligent in their practices. As a full-time working mom, I find comfort in dropping off my infant daughter in the morning to the staff at Heart Beatz, as I know that processes and procedures have been put into place to hep protect the staff, children, and families with the support of the Ministry of Health. Irene Sheridan, has always been very forth coming with information and directives that have been shared by the Ministry of Health in order to protect all. ALL staff at Heart Beatz Cliffcrest have been nothing short of friendly and welcoming!

Heart Beatz Cliffcrest has also implemented a new mobile app for families to be able to stay connected with their children and their respectable Early Childhood Educator (ECE), called HiMama. This app has contributed to my feeling of comfort in that I receive live notifications of what is going on in my daughter's day, along with any photos that have been shot of her. At the end of the day, it is very nice to have a snapshot of how my daughter's day was - what she ate, how much of it she ate, how many times she had a wet/soiled diaper, when she took a nap and for how long. The leverage of technology to keep families and caregivers connected goes a long way to offer first time moms like myself that necessary comfort and peace of mind that their child is being looked after in the way they would expect. Communication through the HiMama is also very useful as I receive messages easily and able to communicate with my daughter's ECEs in an instant.

Overall, Heart Beatz Cliffcrest has exceeded any expectations I had of any childcare centre for my daughter and I have noticed that my daughter thrives in the environment that they provide on a daily basis.

I am so thankful that I found this daycare centre for my two boys. The teachers are kind, considerate and helpful. They engage the kids in a lot of fun and brilliant activities. This is unarguably one of the best daycare centres around I must say.
