Was originally scheduled for 8: 00 when i called to book my appointment for Dr gupta, then when i got the reminder it was 8: 20. I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment as suggested in the text message. Waiting till 8: 40 and was told there was people who came after me get to go in before me. If you can’t manage appointments, dont book some many back to back. I also explained when i called for the appointment that i also have to go to work for 9am. Time is not relevant in the clinic

I always have an amazing experience. Friendly and very professional. Dr. Jones, Gina and Derek are always eager to help and do what is neccessary. Thank you for all your dedication to making a visit always pleasant.

If I could select zero stars, I would. I called the clinic asking for a simple request and received attitude from the receptionist named Gina. Absolutely rude and didn't care when I pointed out her rude behaviour. I asked to speak with a manger and she refused to transfer me or give me the manager's name. When I saw the low reviews for this clinic I wasn't surprised. I wouldn't be surprised if this clinc shuts down. Horrible customer service.

This is by far the most unprofessional and horrible health clinic to go to. I wouldn’t recommend going here even if you were dying. The front desk staff are rude in person and over the phone. They are horrible at scheduling appointments. Ive gone twice and both times there was a scheduling error. Most recently, when I showed up for an appointment I was told it was cancelled. I asked why they didn’t leave a voicemail or email me and the receptionist said my voicemail wasn’t working and they dont send emails. When I rescheduled she asked for my email after having already told me they don’t send out emails to anyone. The doctors are no better. Only difference is they don’t waste my time having me come out here for non-existent appointments. This entire clinic should be shut down. Again, I would never recommend coming here even if it were the only clinic in the province accepting patients.

The clinic says walk-in are closed so they should update it I traveled all the way from another place to get that answer

Started feeling ill, coughing nonstop, sneezing and malaise. Called the office out of courtesy to let them know that I may make it. Staff, Mansi was upset and very rude. Said they needed to charge cancellation fee (no issues paying), but she absolutely did not care if I had to haul myself there. I told her I will be there but I needed to address this with the manager, then I hung up. Mansi called me back to tell me off.

I was just told today they are no longer doing walk-Ins they should mention this on there website

Walked in to the WALK IN CLINIC for stitches removal.
Despite there being patients and staff there, they refused to see me, telling me that the doctors are only doing virtual care.
Can I get stitches removed virtually? Ridiculous!
It's time to stop using Covid as an excuse to deny people EQUITABLE access to timely healthcare.
Receptionist was dismissive and disinterested in helping me in any way.

The front desk is rude. I’ve been a patient here for my entire life and the ladies who work at the front desk are very confrontational, can’t arrange or do their job properly. I’m awaiting very important forms for my schooling and have experienced severely delays that may affect my college placement. As a patient here for 20 years I am not pleased with the service I’ve received here in the past 5 years in regards to scheduling appointments. Even as I sit here and write the review the front desk ladies are talking rudely about the patients they are getting off the phone with. Unprofessional by far and as a person who works in the health care system myself there’s no excuse.

Took 20 minutes just to get hold of reception and they told me if I need appointment after two days I should call again and wait for the reception to answer. Do not waste time calling them

Called in to reschedule my appointment on the day of as they were closed yesterday (left vm) and I was told I have to pay cause I am rescheduling. I have been to heart specialist and heart surgeons who are even more busier and they never charged me when called to reschedule. Doctor’s are to be available for their patients. I guess such doctors need to be reminded who were the 1st doctors and how doctors started. They were not working for just the money but it is a vocation 1st and then a profession.

This is an incredible clinic. Gina, the receptionist, is great and always helps out. The doctors are intelligent and take their time to communicate with me and are great active listeners. I am doing so well because of the excellent care provided to me. Would not go anywhere else in Brampton. A friend had recommended this clinic to me and I am so glad I went to this clinic!

Update: I have been calling and trying to get a hold of someone at reception for three days now trying to book an appointment with my doctor and I have left a message and no one has contacted me still. I have no idea what the people are doing at reception! They don't answer the phone and haven't even been following up with messages. This has honestly been the worst services I have ever dealt with. I don't know what is happening with this place. It is so frustrating, I can't even book an appointment with my family doctor.

The Doctor Wendell Chen is the best doctor there. However, the reception area needs to get better organized. The reviews about reception at this doctors office is very accurate. Twice now I have booked appointments to see my doctor and I have had to wait about 1hr and a half to see my doctor. This is absolutely unacceptable, if you have a scheduled appointment you should not have to wait this long. The receptionist have zero customer service skills. They claim they're super busy when really they sit at a desk answer phone calls and book appointments and check people in. The waiting room is always full everytime I go in and theres no place to sit. I had a scheduled appointment and the reception said they are behind and I will have to wait awhile. She informed me there was 6 people ahead so I had requested to get a call when I am the 2nd person in line but the reception said she is to busy to do that. I ended up standing around for an hour and a half when I could have just went to my car to sit down while I waited.

I have been to this clinic many times and seen walk in doctors. I have zero complaint. I don’t understand negative comments here. Front desk is very helpful. Sometimes there is longer waiting period to talk to doctor over the phone but which is understandable. I always get call from doctor for my appointment. Staff always get back to you. As a patient or human being we all should understand and be thankful to health care workers to take care of our health and they worked during pandemic when we were at home.

The staff here has always been so helpful and my family doctor, Dr. Jones is one of the best out there. He is always available and no issue is to small for him! I truly enjoy both his medical assistant and them! ️

I went in for a TB test, the reception staff was very kind and the nurse that took care of me was very friendly and helpful.

The worst service I've ever experienced. I spoke with someone from reception who stated the doctor will call me after 5pm tomorrow. Tomorrow is now today and I've been waiting for a call and have not gotten one back. I checked online and it states the clinics office is closed at 5pm. What is wrong with you people working here? Wow. Why are you saying the doctor will call after 5pm and your closed at 5pm.

Spoke with The rudest receptionist at this place who literally told me to go find a new doctor once I asked what the protocols were. She was also very rude and refused to give me her name at first and told me I should go to her work to see who I was speaking with. There was zero professionalism from the first word, instead of giving me answers she was ignorant and problematic. Just watchout for Navdeep, she will tell you to go to the office for a confrontation, truly odd

Dr. Peter Jones is a terrible doctor. He is the worst he does not care about his patients at all. Do not waste your time by going to him. Worst doctor at the health center. Stay away

This is a phenomenal clinic, Dr. Rao is a phenomenal doctor as well as the walk-in Dr. Chen. Professional service, and if I can be honest there is no other place where you can see a specialist within 1 week of calling. I have seen the dermatologist as well as the urologist here, both within 1-2 weeks of getting my referral. The staff was very polite and welcoming, so I don't really understand the rude comments here.

My wife been there for a skin complication. Doctor could not answer her questions or identify the actual condition, except saying they are the cousins. If you can not identify the decease, how you treat the condition. He spent only two minutes and doesn't even look at the previous prescriptions. Seems he is interested in number of patients he can see rather than the quality of the treatment. If you are looking for answers, he is very bad to go after. So read the reviews before you go there. Beware of the long promises they do.

He went on CTV and said "The people that are yet to be vaccinated are only hesitant because they're anti-vaccine or because of some sort of conspiracy" Do I have the right to be worried about the long term effects of an experimental vaccine or do I have the right to be afraid of a vaccine related injury which there have been tens of thousands in Canada alone? These paid misinformation agents like Dr. Gupta should be held responsible financially for all the people they manipulate into taking this experimental vaccine, and for the record i'm not an "anti vaxxer" as Mr. Gupta said, but as for this new untested long term vaccine I am very anti vaxx for very obvious reasons and anyone who can't understand that maybe needs to look in the mirror and check if they are under some form of mass psychosis, Just like CNN's Sanjay Gupta, Dr. S. N Gupta from Canada is a cowardly fake information paid actor disguised as a doctor.

Worst customer service, the reception desk doesn’t know how to talk to a patient, really rude and doesn’t transfer the call to the doctor in-spite of requesting, even if you’re in bad pain. Never go to this place, find some other good health center.

Front desk does not know anything about dermatology, bunch of idiots working here with no proper direction to where the clinic is located, the front desk will book your appointment without asking the doctor if the treatment is provided or not, waste of time

I wish I can give it to them less than zero star but unfortunately don't have any option here. I did skin tag removal with doctor SAMIR GUPTA and paid$250 that discussting experience they called service. He badly burned mine hands and arm that pushed me to hospital in emergency care and nurse came mine house for take care of all burning spots. I suffered alote physically and mentally and mine family also almost one month not able to do anything because of hands. When I visit clinic let them know and show the doctor what happened with me his behavior was very RUDE and no one say sorry or any good words I suggest u be careful that kind of doctor and management.this is worst medical clinic I ever visited. Those burning marks still on mine hands and arm and painful when then hit something.

The people at the front never pick up the phone during this pandemic, are extremely rude, but Dr Jones is an all-star. Horrible staff but amazing Dr.

This clinic has helped me through entire COVID-19 pandemic in many ways and I thank everyone in that building who assisted me in providing me with medical assistance for my well being. Keep up the good work! A loud shout out to Dr. Roberts and Gina

If you want your problems to be solved this is not the place the doctor doesn’t care about solving your problem. The doctor does not care listening your problem he just give me 2 minutes after 2 month of wait and half of the time he was standing and rushing to the door and want to end the appointment as soon as possible like he was with me for a minute or two he doesn’t even bother to examine my scalp or my problem, my worst experience with a doctor. If your family doctor book you there for an appointment please request your doctor to book you some where else because after 2 months of waiting you are not gonna get anything then what’s the point going there? The Gupta is not taking his job seriously as a specialist even a family doctor treat and cure you better!

Very bad and very unprofessional staffs, liars, my daughter went to see a dermatologist on getting there the lady staff that opens the door for us says I can't go in with my daughter and I said I'm not comfortable leaving my daughter alone and she said someone or a chaperone will be with her and that was a total lie, I asked my daughter and she said nobody was with her in there with a male doctor.

Dr. Peter Jones is one of the worst doctor here. My husband is his patient for last 4 year and he has gouts. He was in severe pain for 3 months and instead of doing anything, Dr. Jones told him to chop off your toe because he can’t help my husband. He had never done any blood work for last 4 years to check my husband’s levels. We have switch doctors and he gave him medicine right a way. I would never recommend this place to any one specially Dr. Jones.

Waited for 45 minutes although the clinic was basically empty and my appointment lasted less than 5 minutes. Waste of time for me. The doctor barely assessed my issue and told me I was "good to go" while I was still in the middle of explaining my concerns.

Unprofessional Staff, Poor Customer Service. I would say everything is self service in this clinic. Even if you don't know anything, they expect you to know or find your your self. Their are many other good clinic in the area.

The staff and Dr. Jones were very helpful and prompt. I felt very well taken care of and feel at ease knowing their office is there should I need to go for a doctors visit soon.

Dr. Jones: extremely rude. I have a child with a hearing disability, I was out on the hallway with her while we were waiting to be seen. When he came to our room, he asked for us to come in so we did.next thing I knew I was getting lectured about being inside of the room at all times and why couldn’t I simply just tell my daughter to sit still. When I communicated to him that my daughter can’t hear he didn’t even apologize.

By the way, my daughter is two years old and very active. She wasn’t being loud, she wasn’t being disruptive.she just didn’t want to sit. This doctor has NO manners

What a great place, bloodwork can be done, i think there is new staff because i had a great experience at the front.

Was seeing quick, and fast on a saturday walk-in. Place did look busy and I was a bit concerned but they have a rotation of 10+ doctors and there are appointments mixed in with their walk-in.

This is a great clinic compared to the rest in Brampton, very modern and clean. The staff are great, the doctors even better. Love seeing Dr. Rao here, and they have different specialist that work here so i dont have to wait or travel too far. One stop shop. Cheers guys.

Phenomenal experience, these guys are the best in brampton by a long shot. Wait times can be tough but they seem to manage.

I read most of the reviews by others. I personally don't have issues with the doctors. I see this place is been renovated to look beautiful but services decline terribly. I think the owners of this clinic don't read the reviews or don't care about the concerns of the patients.

Clinic is clean and no line up. Dr. Chen was was efficient. The reception did their job but could be more welcoming.

Shut this place down.unnecessary waiting times.never waited less than 45 minutes.just waited over 2 hours for something serious while some people are getting in almost instantly without an appointment.

My fiancé and I walked in this evening at 615 pm. The secretary promptly told us that the office was closed.
On their website the office hours was posted until 8pm. On their sign outside the door it’s posted until 8pm, but on their voicemail it’s posted until 9pm.
We assumed we had lots of time since we were there way in advance.
I brought this to the secretary’s attention. Her answer was that is was up to the doctors discretion when they want to close, and that they need to update their hours. I asked when these hours changed / she had no answer. I also called before we went and no one answer the phone.

Terrible place to visit. Staff are unfit. Test results are never review, visiting back an forth an having results keep sending an staff never filed. Frustrating

There is a new female doctor Dr. S Malik. She does walk in on Tuesday morning and Wednesday evenings. She is quick, knowledgeable and caring. Sometimes she is running behind but I wont blame her. Last time I went there for walk in waited for an hour and patient beside me told me he is planning to discuss all three of his problems no matter what despite the sign says: one problem per visit" I think patients like him causes the wait time to be longer and we shouldn't blame the doctors.

Dr. Jones definitely has a temper issue and has become very rude, I will never see him again and have told him as much. He used to be a caring doctor but about a year ago he changed and I have always dreaded seeing him. I think he has taken on way too many patients, works too many hours and just can't give quality care anymore.

I'm a little lost as to why this clinic has such bad reviews. When dealing with the staff they have all been fine so far (which seems to be the biggest issue with most people) and all of the doctor have actually been fantastic. I just saw Dr Cheng last friday and today for a follow up and he was good, quick, and answered all my questions, even one with a picture. I will definitely go back. As for waiting times, you can call and get the wait time.

Extremely rude staff that care more about selling stuff than giving quality patient and medical care. Only few good doctors here, but majority staff you find here will leave you with a negative experience. They really need to make serious modifications to their model of delivering healthcare.

My doctor is great, but the clinic itself has become way too focused on cosmetic procedures (Botox, etc) and not nearly enough on actual medical advice.

I’ve been a patient here for more than 15 years. It was okay to begin with, but has gotten continuously worse. The only reason I continue going here is because it’s where my doctor is. If not for her, I’d leave in a heartbeat.

I am Punjabi but born and raised here in Canada. He treated me like I was an immigrant. He was very RUDE. These doctors don't care about you at all. They just finished they education and call themselves "doctor" but they don't deserve this role at all.

If there would be an option.i have to wait for 2.5 hours.although there was no waiting outside.and he was like there is no appointment system in Canada. Doctor from UK and insulted me by saying are you new to this country.he was trying to teach me the definition of walk in clinic.

Slow.any time, any day, it’s slow.don’t be surprised to be waiting for 3+ hours when the waiting room looks empty.this is literally my last resort clinic.currently have been waiting for 3hrs10mins and this isn’t the first time.bad way to run a business.on today’s visit they were seeing about 3 people an hour.every time you ask reception for anything it’s “another hour”

Long wait time, probably longer due to todays weather. But the doctor i seen was so nice, after waiting almost an hour he makes you feel like its worth it. He really listens to you and doesnt make you feel rushed even on a busy day like today.

The rudeness and incompetence of the reception is unbelievable (aside from Lucy). I'm never made to feel welcome, my time is never considered, and I have only once been apologized to over the past twenty years for mistakes. The doctors here are amazing, and for that alone I continue to put up with the poor choice in hires at reception; however, the reception is bitter and provides nothing but an overall negative experience. My recommendation? Hire people that have amazing customer service skills, and focus on customer satisfaction It was refreshing to see Lucy, and to be greeted so pleasantly by her made this singular trip to the doctors a good experience. The minute I had to speak with another receptionist about where I was in line, was the exact minute that I felt irritated and frustrated for the rudeness.
