Heart Sushi

We went for their AYCE lunch on a weekend. The quality was below average and a lot of staple AYCE items weren't on the list.

Excellent choice of food and very good quality. The service however is slow and needa to be managed better. The portion sizes are small allowing you to sample many more dishes. As it is an All you can eat, if you like something you can always ask for more. Visit here at least once a month.

Amazing food and highly recommend trying. Service was another story.waitress was just rude from the beginning. They also added gratuity to our bill for 5 which is not legal. Gratuity is only added for 6 or more people and printing and posting it on a pc of paper that you charge it for 5 people doesn't make it legal.

The chicken is dry, their sushi does not taste good, selected items are good but most of the food is not good. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Will concur with the positive reviews. Every experience (dine in or take out) has been positive. The service is good, but if it's busy it will take longer. Don't think that should shock anyone and would like to see the restaurant where service time has an inverse relationship with the number of patrons present.

RE: food/value.it's good, or good enough, take your pick. This is not meant as an insult, rather a compliment. For post-pandemic, dystopian prices (not the fault of Heart Sushi), the value for an all you can eat sushi buffet is there.

Sushi selection was not the typical selections and had mostly unique versions of different rolls for the all you can eat. Pricier than other sushi places that have better selection. 27.99 for adult at lunch price which is the same as dinner.
Service was not great, they forgot to bring tempura sauce for tempura that was ordered, and forgot to bring Wasabi for sushi which we had to ask for. Also, ordered streamed dim sum and waited the entire meal for it and had to ask where it was. Only to be told that they don't have any made. Offered us shrimp dim sum instead which came with hard edges and was extremely overcooked. Will not go back.

DO NOT eat here. I went with my two young daughters on Friday for lunch and it was dirty. I used to frequent Heart Sushi but over the last 2 years it has declined. It smells when you walk in, tables are dirty, iPad was disgusting.the Worst part…. As my 10 year old daughter was biting into a spring roll she found a spider! I confronted the staff and they were not surprised! I immediately left without paying and they did not even offer an apology. Do not eat here!

I’ve ordered from here numerous times, and it’s not known for high quality, but usually it’s still pretty good. Today was too much though. Ordered delivery through UberEats and the salad lettuce was browning and clearly not fresh. Certain pieces of the salmon tasted significantly more “fishy” than the others which questions freshness, and the seaweed was so chewy it rendered every bite practically inedible. A shame to see 3 issues with different parts of the order all of which call into question the freshness of the product.

Just finished having lunch here and never again. I cant believe how slow the service was and how snail slow the food was coming to the table.

Very disappointing food which was bland and boring!
We never miss dessert especially on an all you can eat sushi place but this time we did. As sad as this sounds i couldnt wait to get out of there! We paid the bill and ran!

Got here for dinner at 7, waited over an hour for our food. My fiancé’s order came a half hour after that. Ordered something that was supposed to be fully cooked, came fully raw. Ordered warm chicken, came thaw and raw. Ordered ice cream, waited 45 mins for it. Head manager ignored the customer complaints told to her from her employees, one of her employees had to tell her to handle it because all she did was walk around on her phone. This is probably one of the worst sushi places I have EVER been to. My goodness.

Went on a weekday dinner and their service is so quick! Also good selections of food. The price in the website though is not updated which made me a little disappointed.

By far the worst experience i have ever had at a sushi restaurant that it’s funny lol we came at a friday evening but the restaurant was only 20% full, and now we know why! Our fried food came quickly and it wasn’t even that good. Overall, 80% of our time there, we were wondering where our food was. Every time we tried to get the servers’ attention, they just looked away after making eye contact with us. The best part was towards the end when we concluded that our dim sum orders and sushi orders will never come after 45 minutes of ordering and asking the servers multiple times. They said it is last call so we should order our desserts now, so we did. AFTER we ate our desserts, some of our appetizers we ordered from the beginning of our sitting just started to come in (we have been dining for an hour and a half at this point). They started putting the some food on the table knowing we are on desserts from last call. In the end, they made us pay a service charge of 15% without notifying us in the beginning. I’ve been working at the restaurant industry ever since i started working - the standard is auto gratuity/service charge is only applied for tables of 6 and up, as well as notifying the party BEFORE seating. No restaurants apply this charge for tables of 5 and under. In our case, we were only 5 people. Multiple orders were missing even AFTER asking the servers not just once but multiple times. Paid overall 240 dollars for food that never came. Maybe another year or two before this place closes down.

Just found out that ALL TIPS, which I assumed went to the hard working servers & hostesses, goes straight to the owners. Also, the food was terrible, seats are sticky, and everything smelled old. Only good thing here is the water.

The food was delicious and I just wish there were a few more fish options. The menu was very expansive though.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR POCKETS TO BE ROBBED! This place has a horrible 15% charge for patty’s of 5 the food portions are literally micro, I can go to into a trash can and get more food. The severs were horrible and the prices per person are terrible. Please if you value your self respect don’t come here. We paid over $200 for 5 people plus the service charge and then expect a tip. Never come here! Save your money please. As I’m writing this I just witnessed a man in the kitchen wearing nothing but shorts a tee shirt and FLIP FLOPS! One of the biggest health risks in a kitchen! We didn’t even get all of our food we paid the bill and didn’t get all of our food! These people are SCAMMERS AND HORRIBLE PEOPLE IN GENERAL PLEASE EVERYONE DONT EAT HERE!

DO NOT LISTEN TO NEGATIVE REVIEWS! This place is so miscredited and I feel people are really bashing it for weird reasons. Let me give you my honest experience:
The food felt very fresh— nothing was old or felt weird. The aburi (torched) sushi was very tasteful and has a nice suace. The other Makizushi were very nice and had nice sweet toppings inside (like the futomaki)! The tofu and the udon with pad Thai noodles were so good and crispy I would defiantly come back for those. The desserts were okay but I feel like you really have to like the flavors to eat them. Like if your REALLY like mango, then go for mango— because it is very strong flavour. The sesame ball and fried Mantou are fresh and so delightful— not too sweet or oily! The dim sum is also great—- on par with other expensive restaurants that I have tried! The only negative thing id say was if and when it got busy, there was a wait time. I would suggest ordering sushi FIRST (because it takes the longest) then order the rest. Very nice people and they’re trying their hardest—- I know they are!
