Really nice sushi place. Not many non alcoholic options. Not many options that don't include only fish in the sushi. Atmosphere is amazing. Really love to come here.
The waitresses are all mean. They never smile and ask how the food is. They look angry even if you ask for water. The most plite one is the robot. Won't come any more. There are so many similar restaurants. The food is not special. They even don't know how to train their waitresses.
We had been here before and remember it being decent, but it was fabulous tonight. The food was hot, tasty and beautifully presented. Even the ice cream was fantastic
A good experience at Heart Sushi, the staff was pleasant and welcoming, the food delicious. An automatic waiter brings your food, which is a fun touch, but also waiters and waitresses attend to your table as well. You order from a tablet and the food comes very quickly. Nice atmosphere with soft music and pretty decor. We went New Years eve and it was not too busy or noisy. We will return.
Oh food is great, mind you. In fact, their tempura is the best in my book. In whole of London, at least. However, whenever we consider this place to dine, our emotions are stirred up by grim memories of servers serving with such heavy hearts you could feel it on their hands and feet! Literally. After the first couple of rounds, food takes forever to reach the table. We suspect it is by design so that we grow tired of ordering and time runs out. When you ask for more wasabi or an extra sauce dish, you could feel their glare boring at you so intensely it could burn a hole on your shirt! So there it goes, I just felt compelled to write a review after scratching it off our list again today to celebrate a birthday.
I visit this place regularly may be once a month, I would say the food quality is reasonable compared to the price, the atmosphere is normal can’t say unforgettable experience. But yesterday I was there was my small family, and let me tell you the service was significantly horrible. Waiters have a very serious face with no smile at all, they make you feel that you are unwelcome.
I had to call them more than once for water or napkins but they hardly answer, some of them hear me and don’t care. I hope this staff get trained on how customer service should be like, they need to have a different attitude.
Besides, they need to pay a huge attention to the hygiene, bathrooms look always disgusting and this is not the first time to see that the trash can in the male bathroom are overloaded with napkins and they are falling off of it.
Update Sep13-2023: I went again few days ago and found the bathroom trash can fully loaded with napkins everywhere around and it was disgusting, totally disappointed. It would just take some serious warning from the owner to whoever in charge of the cleaning so that it doesn’t happen again. PLEEEEASE PAY SOME ATTENTION TO THE HYGIENE.i
UPDATE:
I went again and found the male bathroom having a new huge trash can, bathroom was clean and there were no napkins on the ground.
Heart sushi is my go to place for decently priced sushi cravings. We usually order quite a bit from this place. Last night we got a Maki Set A (18 pieces), Maki set b (20 pieces), Spicy Salmon crisp roll, Las Vegas roll, spicy salmon hand roll and spicy tuna hand Roll. The reason I am giving them a 3 rating is because they put a lot a rice in their Maki, sushi rolls and less of the actual fish (picture attached for reference). We only got 2 soya sauce container, one wasabi and ginger box for the amount of food we ordered.
Food is great for an all-you-can-eat place. The robo-server is great, but I'd love to understand how they schedule it since we've been there when it's busy and slow and got inconsistent robo-servoce. Totally kidding. Gluten free soy sauce is available and hit and miss on the staffs awareness of the GF options.
Food is always top notch. Service is quick and my son loves the new robot they've been using to serve food. Always my go-to sushi restaurant in London.

They told us a pickup time. We arrived at that time. Then waited 30 more minutes at the front. How do you mess it up that badly. Also hair in the food.
The food was terrible. Never had it this bad. Sushi selection was very poor and whatever was available tasted bad. Fishes didn’t taste fresh at all. There was NO sashimi available for lunch. All the fried items tasted of old cooking oil. All in all it was a very unpleasant experience.
My girlfriend and I walked in craving sushi for the night but first we wanted to wash our hands. As I went into the washroom, there was a sink full of vomit which immediately killed my appetite and gave me doubts about the food quality. I then let the manager know of the mess to hopefully have it cleaned up. We had already ordered at this time and got our food but I felt too disgusted to eat much so I asked if I could get a discount or a refund but they completely denied any request or decency to help. Most of the waitresses also do not speak english so they had to call over the manager every single time we had a question or concern. We had to pay the full price of +$90 after barely eating anything because of puke in their sink. Do not recommend this place for their incompetence to clean and poor service. Beautiful place, if it hadn’t been for the washroom.
