I was seen very quickly after arriving and Dr Profitt was very kind and compassionate. I am so happy I found the perfect clinic for me.

Not one to leave reviews, but what a terrible location.

Receptionists and Dr. Sam does not know what WSIB is, and how to process. This is a basic service at any walk in. Beyond incompetent.

On another occasion, had to go back and forth for three days for a basic sick form. Then had to pay an astronomical $60 for the service.

Expect over 1.5 hour wait if you are walk-in. They will let all the people with appointments in no matter how many there are or how many will come later.
The walk in is basically "if we have time we'll see you"

Great office, very organized and the staff at the front desk are amazing! Pharmacist is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I have been going to them for months now and everyone are just great. They are trying modern communications, front staff is kind, gentle and respectful, and the doctors are competent and eager to help the patients.

Cannot reach the front desk when I need an information during business hours. Is it even a walk-in clinic?

Appointments are not honored here. On three different occasions I arrived for my appointments before time and each time I had to wait for more than an hour.

Been here a few times. Front staff and doctors are professional. Pharmacist is exceptional and caring!
