Nice people but not accurate. Had an ultrasound there which came back saying it was fine. Two weeks later my doctor wanted me to take the same test at the hospital where it showed I have malignant cancer - glad my doctor thought it didn’t look right and sent me to a professional

Not that great technicians. Very rude. They dont give the gender information in an envelope when i asked to keep a reveal party. Picture they gave is not at all a clear one. Wouldn’t recommend this clinic. Receptionists are really great service.
I called them over 30 minutes ago, left a message with my name and number so I can book an appointment, till the writing of this review, NO RESPONSE! Thank you for your message, please note your reply is far from the truth, if as stated you were trying to contact me and even saying you do not have a record of my message on your phone, sorry there is something horribly wrong with the management! If you had no record then how did you call me after nearly 2 hours and we spoke?
I went for an ultrasound at this place and I had wonderful experience. I didn’t have to wait at all! Staff is very polite and efficient. The technician was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them!
Worst x-ray experience ever. Was not advised of a wait when I arrived. Turns out it was a 45 min wait for 2 x-rays. While in the waiting room a "gentleman" came in and stated that he could not wear a mask. I asked him not to breath in, my direction because of Covid and the flu, he got on my case and told me to mind my own business. I told him that as long as the diseases were out there it was my business. As this was goi8ing on in loud voices, the staff did absolutely nothing. Will never darken their doorway again.
I did my ultrasound today here. Aazra was technician, the nicest technicians I have ever met! My experience was extremely pleasant with everything. They are punctual, no wait time, clean and most important is outstanding technicians who truly cares about patients. I would definitely recommend to visit this place.
The staff is very friendly and polite. It is a walk-in clinic for X-Ray. You can call and they will let you know the approximated wait time. I went at 5: 30 pm on a weekday and my wait time was like 20-25 mins. Overall happy with the service provided.
Horrible experience! Do NOT go here for ultrasound! THEY WANT TO HARM YOUR BABY!
The tech never once interacted with me except for getting the basic information before the scan. The scan was an hour long (20 weeks scan) … she rubbed my belly vigorously multiple times without taking my consent prior to doing so the first few times. I told her I was in pain and she still used so much pressure on my belly. She did not stop using force on my belly even the last few minutes when my husband was allowed inside. We both were in shock and frustrated the way our baby was harassed.
I am having bad cramps after the ultrasound…. They better pray nothing happens to my baby!

I called to book an appointment for Ultrasound & X Ray, (it’s not first time in my life I am booking appointments) Ring: hello can you please hold? , yes 10 mins on hold after that hello so I said hello (no greetings or nothing, it’s brampton you can’t expect) Me: hello I would like to book an appoimnet for ultrasound & X Ray Receptionist: do you have requisition Me: yes, Rec: wht is ultrasound? Me: in my requestion it says, musculoskeletal for ultrasound & c spine for X-ray Rec: ultrasound for what in requisition says? Me: I already said in requisition it mentioned muskuloskeletal, and under clinical requisition says “ shoulder & fore arm “ Receptionist: Dr did say about arm or you adding it by your self? Me: I already said twice, in requisition it is mentioned, you didn’t listen anynof time, it’s okay thank you and Have a great day I will check and book at other place (End of conversation)
Why in the world person say anything by themselves if it not mentioned in the requisition form? (really?) for eg even if person says anything on the phone for booking appointment but you have to give physical of requisition when you go for (isn’t it), why person lie abou it
If Receptionist does not care or professionally respectful with person on the phone, what would be the exp if you go there?

I don’t know if person alone was rude or just on the She was tired, glad I found out before giving business, it’s healthcare who pays but ultimately patients pay as taxes to healthcare, she was lack of proper training and didn’t care about patient
The receptionist insisted I get completely naked for an abdominal ultrasound, and put on an open back robe in public, which confused me and I refused, obviously, because why is that necessary? Then the tech tried for 10 seconds to do an abdominal ultrasound, and insisted on doing a transvaginal, which was totally unnecessary.
Strange and demoralizing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. They don’t wipe off the gel either, I guess that’s why they try and insist you be naked? The receptionist told me it was to not get gel on my clothes, and rolled her eyes at my refusal, and said “go sit in the lobby then. ” Ummm, okay? Horribly unprofessional, and they insisted on an unnecessary procedure out of sheer laziness, an internal ultrasound is easier than an external, but WHOLY unnecessary. Do not go here for anything, it’s awful! They’re so inappropriate, and the receptionist was downright rude.
Susan is technician at this location. She's very kind, professional and nice. 5 stars to Susan and the older Indian lady working at the front desk. I truly appreciated the amazing service. Thank you!
