They were so amazing with helping me through the process of saying goodbye to my best friend Milly!

We brought our dog here once in an emergency and the staff was so caring and compassionate. They made me feel right at ease.

This facility handled the passing of a family pet/member perfectly. Gave us all time and room to cry and say goodbye. Zeus passed in his father's arms with one final puff of air. Thank you Heartland for making the exit over the rainbow bridge as easy and painless as possible.

My pup got an unexpected injury while pushing her cage open with her snout. It swung back and the latch hit her in the eye. Heartland for her in right away and she is on the mend. They were kind and she just loves going there. Great place. A little pricy but worth it.

Had heard good things about here. We just moved to Listowel and promptly needed to have our sick cat looked at. When I called them they said they would not see any new patients. We are now not knowing what to do with our pets when they need medical attention.

Staff are very good at what they do and are empathic towards both owners and their pets. Clean and hygienic. Loved it.

My dog was hit by a car today, we live close by. They refused to look at her because we are not a registered client. We were forced to drive to Cambridge. Heartland is heartless. They may have cost our dog her life or a paw. Do not go there!

I just moved from London to Listowel and had ongoing issues with my 9 year old Dane, Lucy. I was very concerned about not having vet care because I was told that Heartland was not accepting new patients.
In the beginning, they worked with my previous vet to fill scripts and were pleasant, flexible and caring.
When I told them I was officially moving to Listowel and was very worried about not having a local vet, they worked with me to get Lucy accepted as a new patient. I brought Lucy in for a second opinion with Dr. Mary and was really concerned because it was during COVID and I could not see the vet in person, but all my fears were put to rest quickly. Dr. Mary had reviewed her history, took the time to speak with me, ask questions, explain things thoroughly and spent about 45 mins on the phone with me. She made recommendations that made sense, was not pushy and genuinely cared.
Everyone that I have spoken to (Tyra, Cassandra, Nicole, etc.) have all been absolutely amazing and so friendly and caring. I cannot praise this clinic enough. I really appreciate everything that has been done for Lucy and I, and continues to be done us. This vet truly is exceptional.

Thank you to the Heartland team for taking care of my senior cat! They were able to book her in super quick when I noticed her health changing quickly. I knew she would be in good hands. They were very thorough with her appointment and upfront about the next step for her care, which puts me at ease. I appreciate all of the hard work and expertise from this team. Excellent vet clinic, Dr. Mary is the best! Works with me to help my disabled shepherd as much as possible to improve her living situation. Use her for 3 dogs and two horses.

The staff were kind and caring when we brought our very sick cat in for help in crossing the rainbow bridge. It meant so much to us that they were able to ease his pain and suffering with such compassion.

I've been bringing our dogs to Heartland for several years. I've gone to both the Mount Forest & Listowel locations.

The staff is always friendly, compassionate and professional. It's been a huge benefit for our busy family that Heartland has hours on Saturdays as we've needed to be seen on an urgent basis more than once during off hours!

Unfortunately we had an emergency this past Saturday afternoon. Thankfully Dr. Kim at the Listowel clinic was able to see us right away. She helped us through Iggy's last moments and made sure he wasn't in any pain as he passed.

I highly recommend Heartland.

Dr. Kim was absolutely amazing when we had to put our cat Lily down last week. All the employees are kind and compassionate.

Very good Veterinary Clinic with friendly, helpful staff. My cats receive excellent care. Had to take one star away though because wait times to get appointments are very long; 4 months right now for any routine exams and vaccines. Make sure you book well in advance. Obviously emergencies are still dealt with right away.

They were so good with my super anxious cat, we just moved to the area and needed a vet and they were just as amazing as our vet in Hamilton

They are so nice and caring! They are so amazing even through all the bad right now my cat and dog were happy and felt safe to go in without me and came out just as happy.

The vets and vet nurses are so kind here highly recommend! Very affordable and they don't push anything to on you and only recommend things, they also have payment options I see too.

Good service here for curbside for nail trims for our Chloe. Nice courteous technicians collect her from us and deliver her back to our van.

They are an amazing team. They ensure that your pet gets the best possible care and they are really good at what they do. Dr Emma is one of the best Doctors that I have ever come across. The love, care and emphatically handling of not only our pet but also us (being first time pet owners). Had taken animal healthcare to a all new level. My puppy had a fall and developed a fracture and the way Dr Emma had guided and helped us was amazing. Their technicians are also doing an amazing job and couldn’t thank them enough for their good work.

Very personable and take time to explain the what's and why's as they related to the appts we had for our dog Crosby. Really appreciated as knew they cared as much as we did about our pet. Would recommend to anyone looking for pet care.

Fast in & Out yearly exam / shots for my dog. As always, the staff were pleasant and polite. Will see them again next year.

We brought our foster dog here while visiting family in the area after he exhibited signs of gastrointestinal distress. The staff were very kind and efficient and had our sweet boy in and out in about 45 minutes and had him much happier leaving than when he went in. We received antibiotics and probiotics and our vet at home has been briefed on all the details. A wonderful experience, all things considered
