Love Heartland Health amazing staff excellent care my #1 and only dental facility to go trust them with my care.

If you walk into a doctor's office, and it is usually empty, there's probably a good reason for this.
Just got called for a follow-up for November test results in April. Referrals given are with specialist offices that rarely, if ever, follow-up. The G. P.himself is good, but what good is it if you can't get an appointment with a specialist?

Nerissa did an excellent job in cleaning my teeth and provided me with recommendations on oral hygiene. Great experience, and I would highly recommend you visit her for your cleaning.

Very bad experience ever. Had waited more than an hour and the clinic was almost empty. I asked receptionist about the wait time before i came here l, she said clinic is quiet you can come but no one was there to check my son.

Dr Rayat is awesome! He’s been our family doctor for a few years. I worry he works too many hours. I hope he gets a break soon!

We went in first time after reading good reviews for Dr Rayat. We got to see him after about an hour wait which probably is the case with most doctors in GTA. We are severely disappointed because after that he spent less than 5 mins for 3 of us. It was so humiliating that he had zero interest in hearing about us. Even checked our heartbeats with winter coats on. Didnt even have 2 seconds of patience when we offered to take them off. Hurriedly he concluded that all of us have same symptoms while writing a prescription at the same time about hearing complaints. Even after telling him that my son is not responding to any cough syrup over the counter he prescribed the same one. He didn’t even bother to show us what he prescribed or explain. He said we could collect prescriptions from reception. When we came outside and saw over the counter cough syrup i was so shocked. I told the receptionist that i need to talk to doctor for 1 min. After spending 1 hour i didnt want to get out with nothing specially for my son who was and is still coughing every 30 seconds. She said its not possible but she can try. After waiting another 30 mins to talk to doctor for his mistake we left with nothing since he never had any courtesy to show up. Given that he spends <5 mins with patients he had 5 chances to come out and talk to me. Inhuman doctor and receptionist. This place only looks good. They have no right specially Rayat to become a doctor. My son is still suffering forget about me and my husband. And i wish someone reads this review specially this doctor and his rude inhuman staff. Please stay away. Or check out yourself.
