Have been with HSS for years and have been impressed every time we’re there with the cleanliness of the place, the professionalism of the team and the value for money. Really happy with HSS and have recommended them to family.

We’ve only just reserved a unit at this point, but the folks here are very friendly and (pardon the pun) accommodating - at least for our stuff!

I have rented an outdoor unit here for several years and the staff is very efficient with great service. Unit is always available and stays dry with no issues.

Have been using the facility for over 6 months now and the experience has been very positive. Security access always works, facility is clean, moving equipment always available.

Would highly recommend theme for all you storage needs. Plenty of carts and dkcks for whatever type of vehicle you drive.

I rented a storage unit from here and could not be happier. Pete the manager was super friendly and helpful. The unit was spotless and being indoors was perfect, they also supplied carts and trolleys free of charge to use, also because of the big roll up door you could drive in to load/unload in warmth and safety. 10-10 experience and incredible value for money.

Very pleased with Heated Self Storage. Very clean, Great security and great lighting in the building. Many ways to make your payment. Great staff. If you want to feel safe leaving your belongings in storage then this is the place for you.

Facility is VERY clean, owners make it user friendly and billing etc is efficient and transparent. We always feel safe when using our unit. Security for our items is stellar. Can't say enough positive about Heated Self Storage Inc!

Access used to be 24 hours, was reduced during covid for "cleaning" and never changed back. 1 star for less access at the same cost.

Awesome people to rent from. Very clean and I absolutely love the security there. Just make sure you keep in touch with them if there's going to be a problem with your rent LOL
