Steve installed a pair of hard saddlebags for me on very short notice. They were a “universal fit” which really means don’t fit anything properly. He modified the mounting hardware so it fit my bike and looks great. They take their time and do things right.

Second Review:
Went in for my end of season oil change this week. Was told it would be an hour and the work was finished within the hour as promised. Same price it has been for the last 3 years.excellent service as usual.

Wow these guys are super busy with our 1st heat wave, may 2-4, and covid craziness affecting everything and yet they took the time to look over my bike for a safety inspection aftet just riding in. Gave me the lowdown on what i needed to do and what was ok (its an 87 so i knew there'd be something). Super! Thanks guys. I'll be in the back wrenching this weekend.
P. S. Dont ask them to rebuild your engine and have it ready tommorrow, at least not untill the spring rush is over.

Tony, the owner and Beatrice his mother work this motorcycle repairs shop in a way the gives you confidence to leave your baby with them.

I went there for an oil change and fortunately Tony checked my rear brakes. There was almost nothing on the pads.

Customarily, other shops tell you to leave it and come back in three days, but Tony took the time to get the brakes done while I waited. WOW

Tony is the owner and if he sees respect from you, he goes the extra mile. That my friends is a rare thing in these times.

Beatrice is a sweetheart. I chatted with her as work was being done on my bike. A lovely lady.

Thanks Tony and Beatrice.

Good workmanship but always excuses from Tony. Paid total bill after job before delivery to my house. Then excuses that delayed the delivery by a week. He had to buy a new truck so no hitch. When I got it his mechanic drove it down the ramp. Fifty feet from parking the clutch gave out. Tony left it there no back to the shop. No call back. That was Monday now Friday. First job $898.00 to lower springs and a minor engine repair and oil change. Second job was told front fork oil leaking so I needed seals and new front brakes. I decided to get a safety to get my M licence cost $1050. I had to call them to ask to get the clutch replaced. That lady at the desk was quite rude and told me they are swamped and because of his personal issues that I should be understanding. I said Tony got paid well and I should get better communication about when. Well she went off on a tirade. I got a safety on a unfinished
bike and I am going to get it fixed at Malichious Cycle and certified there and report Tony to the Ministry. Someone/me could have been killed.

"Tattoo Tony " should hire a customer service person. He should stay away from the store.

I can honestly say I had satisfactory work done by Steve the mechanic, but got ripped off by Tattoo Tony.
Im not the only who had the same problem, others who I know experienced the same thing after being charged extra for parts that cost a third of the price.

Don't be a victim like myself and others and sign your life away on his invoice sheet he hands you, but instead ask for a quote before committing to his service.
There are couple reliable and friendly motorcycle mechanics with in that area.
I recommend stoping by 109 or Malicious Cycle first before dumping your money into Tattoo Tony's pockets.

I recently took my Yamaha R1 in for repairs to Heavy Duty Cycles my experience was nothing but professional. My Bike had been damaged in a parking incident and the parts were extremely hard to find. Tony found all the parts even though it took awhile it was worth waiting for. During the repair process we started adding items to my bike, and before I knew it my bike was everything I had ever envisioned. " It looks like a piece of art it is so well put together. " I don't post a lot as like most I just don't have the time however I felt my service; work performed; beauty of work completed deserved time for me to spend to write this. I recommend this company to anyone who truly loves their bike and is willing to spend the money to make it into what they want. Tony and this crew at Heavy Duty are well worth the investment and will deliver on exactly what you want.
Thank you for the service.
