Not only did they make my envision a reality they perfected every little detail! Without any delays! The exact projected time frame was on point! I never got Voicemails “which I hate” someone was always ready & willing to answer any question I had! Any changes I wanted was gracefully considered & never questioned. As the team at Heavy Duty Homes is amazing I have to call out Phil Russo the man himself. Being the owner you’d think he’s on the back burner not accepting calls ect…. NO he’s the one always making sure first hand the client is satisfied in every aspect of their project. Phil does not look at you as a dollar value! He looks at you as his family, someone he can build not only your dream house for but someone he can call a friend even after he’s done the project. If you ask me that sells itself. Caring is so important first and foremost. I am a satisfied customer & now friend who will stand for Heavy Duty Homes.
