Really well laid out and absolutely no pressure. The units all have prices on them and are unlocked so you can view them. The staff are friendly. If you are traveling north, just exit following the Heidi's campground signs, which lead you past the campground to a rather small town yet cosy office. The prices are reasonable.

This was an information gathering visit. I really enjoyed the no pressure atmosphere as we were allowed to just walk and explore. Thank you

My husband and I have been RVing for the last 20 years. We met the Heidi's team at an RV show for the first time in Toronto over 15 years ago and purchased our first RV! So happy with the entire experience. Several years later, we wanted to size up and went back to Heidi's and purchased a second trailer. Another brilliant experience.

The next trailer we bought was from another dealership and we regretted it from the first day after we closed the deal. They are out of business now.for obvious reasons.

We just purchased our 4th RV less than a week ago from Heidi's once again. The experience has been top notch!

Heidi's and its entire team (family owned) do not simply view themselves as a trailer dealership, but as a vacation provider and like a five star resort, they aim to make your long term vacation choice highly enjoyable and hassle free. The friendly and highly trained staff are there to answer all your questions and help you find the right trailer or solve your service issues. We had a small issue and they were super fast in coming to our rescue.

Bill, our sales guy who drove us around on a golf cart to view trailers and was so patient and knowledgeable.

Nick and a teammate (I can't recall her name) delivered the trailer to our campground and set the entire thing up! They were sooooo great. They made sure everything was working and did not leave until we were satisfied.

Ruth was our service rep. She gave us a very indepth tour of our new RV before they brought it to us. I could go on and on about her, but then the review would be longer than it already is. She is super smart and knows her stuff. She really loves her work and treated us like friends!

The owners, Urs and Lillian and their now, adult children have had this dealership in successful business for all these years for good reason. This year will mark their 50 years and there is good reason for that.

No need to go anywhere else if you arre looking for a used or new RV. This team will treat you the way you deserve and expect!

Although we did not purchase our RV from them, their service department has always provided excellent service. The fols there are friendly and always take the time to answer the questions.

Ruth and the Heidi’s service dept was super quick in helping fix the issues with my RV. Ruth had super informative and very responsive!

What an absolutely deplorable company if you ever have any issue with the purchase. Let's be honest, a new trailer, even ours that was over 100k, is going to have issues. They are so incredibly disorganized, and Ruth has absolutely no business being customer facing, and isn't fit organizing a lemonade stand, let alone the service of a company that size. They ignore you until you leave them alone, which just isn't going to happen here. They out right lie, and when caught in those lies, they get flustered and say "I'll have to look into it and get back to you", and then just never do.
They still have a key that they didn't leave with us (we were on site) before they took off after a half hearted AT BEST attempt at completing those of the work required. No attempt made to go over the work or to even tell you they're done for the day. Just unprofessional all around.
There is no accountability at Heidi's. Stear clear. The sales process is not a clear vision of your interactions later.
We will never use them again for anything and are looking into legal action against them.

I left with what I went for. Even though the lady I dealt with was not a parts person she went too a great deal of effort to ensure I got the right part.

When I was researching places to camp, Ruth Nunes was super helpful and thorough explaining park amenities and prices.

Very poor service. I brought in my camper to get 3 things done. All 3 things were listed on job order. Got it back only 2 were done, and 1 main thing was not done, and we paid for it. I will never bring it there again.

I’m very impressed with the team & amazing inventory at Heidi’s. Sonya, Janette & Sam, surpassed my expectations. I was impressed with the level of customer service & the attention to detail I received from all of them.

Everyone at Heidi’s made my experience a wonderful one. I would highly recommend this dealer for all your RV purchases/needs.
