Very disappointed, we have been purchasing since 2004, will not anymore.
Compared to many other florists' flowers, most flowers from this place we purchased 2 weeks ago, wilted fast just in week.

I have pictures to compare.
Looks like this industry is very competitive.
Also, I find it more pricy for the ordinary flowers here.

But I wish the best!

Ordered flowers from Kitchener, to my gorgeous niece in Toronto. Within the hour, 18 beautiful long stem, multi coloured roses were perfectly boxed and delivered to her door. Needless to say, it made her birthday and made my husband, sister and I, very happy to see her smile so wide. She said the flowers were so fresh, there were water droplets on them. A+

Lily helped me with an arrangement for a funeral and was very kind and thorough. She even verified information with the funeral home to ensure everything was accurate. We really appreciated the assistance and quick turn around.

This is the first time I have ordered flowers with Helen Blakey Flowers. I ordered 12 long-stemmed red roses boxed with a beautiful sash for my sister’s 60th birthday today. The order was easy to place online and I did reach out to the owner as well. The owner of this floral shop is courteous and professional and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The roses are exquisite and of excellent quality! They were well presented and genuine care was given in handling, presentation and packaging. My sister was ecstatic to receive such a beautiful arrangement and I am so content I found such a quality and reputable florist. Delivery was prompt and efficient and followed all COVID safety protocol for all. Thank you Helen Blakey Flowers, my new florist in the Scarborough/Toronto vicinity, I am so pleased!

What a lovely local florist! I ordered my fiancée a boquet of the day for her birthday celebration and was so happy to see they offered more affordable options that are still gorgeous and well designed. The website was easy to use, and staff called to confirm my card message. I would absolutely use this florist again!

What impressive and caring customer service! I was amazed at the owner's immediate offer to send 6 more roses to replace the 6 that had drooped in the days before my Mum's actual funeral service. I did not ask for substitutes, she just offered in order to make me, the customer, happy. I much appreciate her care.

We ordered flowers for our grandmother's funeral a few days before the viewing. Not only were the flowers affordable, but it was a seamless order through their website and seamless pick-up as well. I have ordered from them in the past and they always do an incredible job with the freshest and gorgeous blooms. My family would like to thank you Helen Blakey Flowers for a phenomenal job given the tough situation.

Helen Blakey then sent fresh roses to replace the wilted one in the arrangement - this truly shows this business cares about the quality of their work.

Not pleased.

I understand due to COVID-19 there is a shortage of supplies, I ordered Teleflora'a Possibly Pink and it was mainly chrysanthemums, one half withered rose and three closed lilies. Very disappointed.

However, delivery was fast and customer service was courteous.

I was referred to this store by a colleague. Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the sympathy standing spray especially during these COVID times.

I ordered flowers online from UK. The order was delivered to the neighbour as no one was at home. Helen Blakey chased up contact and made sure the orders reached to right person. Great communication and 5 star service. Thank you Helen.

I’m pretty disappointed. I ordered the Cotton Candy bouquet for Mother’s Day (and even paid extra to bump it up to “deluxe”). When it arrived, it looked nothing like the photos on their website! It was about half the size, and the flowers weren’t even the same. I paid a lot, and if Helen Blakey sees this review then I hope she contacts me to discuss (I have photos but don’t know how to post them). I feel ripped off. She got so many good reviews, so I’m very surprised and shocked by all of this.

I have to say how pleased I was not only with the pleasant conversation but also the arrangement was beautiful. Thanks kindly for the rush order as well.

Compared with the flowers elsewhere, theirs’ quality is the best. Fair price. Staffs are nice and patient. Strongly recommended.
