Answer your emails and phone calls from your constituents. If you don't even do that get out of politics.

Horrible customer service. Her office never responds to emails or phone calls. Even after pointing out these deficencies to her personally at a community event which she acknowldged was a common complaint she was hearing from constituents, nothing has changed. Either the people she has working for her don't know what they're doing or they are really not working at the job they were hired to do. Maybe Helena herself doesn't care enough to make the changes necessary to run an effective constituency
office.

Emailed/phoned her constituent office on multiple occasions. As of todays date her office has refused to answer any of my questions, return any calls or set up a meeting. Voted NO to Opposition Motion #207 (ArriveCAN application performance audit) and voted NO to #197 Opposition Motion (Tax exemption on home heating fuel) and to #238 Opposition Motion (Carbon Tax) There should be a zero star option.

If I could give zero stars I would, I have tried to contact her in multiple occasions to no avail, she voted against reducing the cost of home heating!

The best MP I ever know, she is working so hard for our citizens, no one in this world to make every individual 100% happy, those people take things for granted, we live in a such wonderful country, if you compare to other unfortunate countries, you are over blessed

I have called and emailed her office several times. Staff are extremely unhelpful. Total waste of vote.

The best high end human being, when you are usually on the top, you hardly remember people at the bottom, this is NOT her.
She is a absolutely nicest person:
Affable
Agreeable
Amiable
Charming
Polite
Trustworthy
Likeable
Down to earth
No different tone with different people (like some others) and the hardest working person that I ever seen and she is really working for her citizens

Since July 2017 I have contacted Helena Jaczek on SEVERAL occasions in her role as minister of social services. Suffering from Essential Tremors, I requested to be on the pilot project. That request was left with no reply. I informed her that the District of Thunder Bay had made several false claims and accusations against me because I was defending my legal rights as per the Canadian Charter of Human Rights. That was also left with no reply. Then from Toronto I sent her a registered letter stating that I had been cut off from all financial AND medical assistance from the District of Thunder Bay. That REGISTERED LETTER, was sent and signed off as BULK MAIL and forwarded to Mississauga! Then some intellectual answered that to be elligible to be on the project pilot I needed to be in one of the ''designated'' regions! No Kidding! And where the heck to you think I was where I did make my request? ! SO! Do we really need JACZEK in HEALTH CARE? ! SERIOUSLY? ! She let thousands, yes! Thoursands starve with assistance of $ 722.00 PER MONTH! FLUSH HER TYPE! THIS IS NOT REPRESENTATIVE OF CANADA AND WE SHOULD NOT LET IT BECOME REPRESENTATIVE! THANK YOU! Not only was she flushed on elction day, the whole LIBERAL PARTY of Ontario was dismantled! WTG! T. Y. Everyone!
