My experience with tim from hello nerds was fine, the problem was fixed and the tech was very helpful.

My Experience with Tim from Hello Nerds was Excellent, i appreciate that, Didn't got my printer going because there is a hardware issue with that, but still the support was excellent.

I really needed to take care of some issues with my printer and my PC. I was very satisfied with the service i received. Victor and Chris and Jack worked so well with me. They were very; patient with me.

Jessica and Amelia spent a total of about 3 hours this afternoon 'healing' my ThinkPad. They were patient, explained everything so I could understand what was happening and totally professional. Excellent service, professionalism and prompt response to problem. Also solved the problem which for me was most important. During the pandemic it's so important to feel that you are connected to the outside world.

Amilia did a wonderful job maintaining my computer and really supping it up. She was able to clean out all of the spyware and hidden debis that I could never get to. She was very confident and easy to work with on the phone. I would recommend Hello Nerds to any one requiring a solid support team to work with them.
