I can't say enough good things about Hello Pets! From the moment I walked in, the staff (Mamta) was welcoming and attentive. The facility was spotless, and the groomers were clearly experienced and passionate about their work. They did an amazing job with my Momo, who looked and smelled fantastic afterward. The level of care and attention to detail was outstanding. Momo definitely looks forward to going there again!

Hello Pets is one of the finest pet groomers in Toronto. I loved the ambiance that they had over there and they staffs were more than friendly. They take very good care of your pets and grooms them in true best possible way. Both me and my boy Crusoe loved it there.

To reply: No, we did not discuss anything. We told the lady that we wanted a light trim and that we did not want to sever this double coat. You guys agreed and then cut my dog horrendously. Clearly you don't know what you're doing. Again, YOU are the professionals here.

I'm unsatisfied and my dog is going to be in misery this summer. Ticks, sun burns, bug bites, skin infections are all things he is now at higher risk of. Do YOUR research.

Absolutely not. I brought my golden retriever here for grooming and they shaved him. They cut him down to his undercoat (some patches were CUT TO THE SKIN.) and said it was to "keep him cool". It should be well known that golden retrievers have double coats which protect them and prevent sunburn. I don't know what certifications this place has but clearly they're unaware of the most basic principles.

They made excuses upon excuses claiming that I requested this length via a form that had a scale from 1 to 5. There was no scale. There was no form. I asked for a LIGHT TRIM. Basically every excuse possible to claim that I was the reason for this, and that THEY would have SAVED TIME if it weren't for me.

THEY are the professionals here. They were NOT able to give me their professional opinion and shaved my dog to his bare skin. The cuts were uneven, the customer service was awful, and a LACK of experience.

Do not go here for the sake of your animals and save your animal from an uncomfortable fate.

P. S after this review, the company MIRACULOUSLY got 8 five star reviews back to back. Suspicious.

I really want to recommend this salon to everyone. When you enter the salon you get into an unbelievable atmosphere and you immediately understand that professionals work there. The groomers listened very carefully to what I wanted and asked follow up questions to get a better understanding. I liked that very much. I quietly trusted them with my dog, and a couple of hours later I picked up my dog and was absolutely thrilled. My dog looked amazing and very happy. I will definitely be going back to this salon.

It is my second time visit for my pet grooming and everytime they make our experience absolutely amazing. They take care of every details and would surely recommend to someone who has their pets and want the best services in town

The team was absolutely phenomenal. They groomed my Alaskan malamute so well. 3 hours with them and my dog’s coat is super shiny, his fur is white again and he is fully dry apart from being well groomed! Definitely recommend!

I came to Hello Pets after hearing from a friend of mine about their daycare and boarding facility. I had a vacation plan and couldn't take my dog with me but I was very reluctant to let him stay at some boarding or friends'. But Hello Pets was a different experience for my dog and the staffs were also friendly and took good care of my dog. Now I don't hesitate to send my dog over to Hello Pets and I would gladly suggest it to my friends too.

I went to Hello Pets with my Persian cat
as my regular groomer couldn’t give me a timely appointment. It was a great experience. Apart from doing excellent work they really care about the animals. That was the impression I was left with and I will now be a regular customer there.

I’m very happy with the customer service from this business! I felt she was well taken care of during her grooming appointment and they even checked in the next day and asked how she was doing.
