I'm grateful to this company for their amazingly fast response to our sudden need for a medical bed! Akmad and Rashid delivered and set it up, and they were wonderful as well. Great company, great service, great delivery! Highly recommend them.

Mamoun helped me and my mom purchase a hospital bed for my dad. He's well knowledged and not pushy salesman at all. Tamer delivered our bed and was so kind and fast and explained how to operate the bed. Definitely will be coming back in the future if needed. Thanks again to the kind staff.

It's been a pleasure dealing with Help Mobility to arrange a medical bed for my father after his discharge from hospital. The sales team was very helpful in sorting out options.

I received a Quickie Q500M from Help Mobility. The chair is very good, but what makes the entire package wonderful is the power chair customization. The two service technicians, Manoun and Tamer, made all the chair adjustments for me (leg support, back support, armrest and joystick positioning), and now it feels like part of me. I have regained my confidence to go out into the world. Thank you.

Drop off and assembly was quick. We needed the bed urgently. The only issue I had was a hard mattress. After discussion with manager he explained we could have gotten a different mattress.

Help Mobility was amazing and efficient. I was able to order medical equipment on a Saturday and have it delivered to my home on a Sunday when many companies are not open on weekends. Having equipment delivery on a weekend was huge and helped me get out of the hospital sooner.

Ali was very thorough and thoughtful when setting up the bed we rented. He was eager to help and remedy the soft mattress issue when we raised a concern. Thank you for your help.

Horrible lady on the phone. Speaks like her mouth is full. I asked for a mobility scooter rental for my mother in law and she just kept saying all are rented but I hadn't even told her which date I needed for.horrible

Ali came on Saturday to my room and fixed my bed and the side safety rail for the bed and was in a very good mood and was very gentle with the work and very patient.

I am so impressed with this company and the assistance they offered unbelievable service Top Notch class my scooter failed me and I rely on it cuz I'm unable to walk the scooter company that I had dealt with in the past I called them up and they did not confirm back to me until 4 days later but let me tell you help Mobility is such an exceptional service related company I called them up without hesitation they knew they could help me and they offered to help they also offered to deliver a rental and this was all done within the first hour and a half but the best part is they managed to fix my scooter and return it pick up the rental give me a refund on the rental all in less than 3 hours unbelievable timing unbelievable people and dedication to service I have ever met they should be number one in this industry they deserve to be number one in this industry will completely support them at all times they are that good helpful knowledgeable and trustworthy I kid you not they were at my door with a rental an hour after I had initially called them and set this up and they had returned my repaired scooter and picked up a rental within 3 hours that is exceptional service and the rate was very reasonable the rent a rate was good the repair rate was even better they had a driver pick up my machine take it to the warehouse or Workshop repair it and return it back to me I am so impressed with this company I am so impressed with the service in this time and age of inflation their costs were very reasonable and earned please do not hesitate to give help Mobility a call

An excellent experience dealing with this company. We ordered a power lift chair for my wife after she had hip replacement surgery and they delivered it the next day on a Saturday. Very happy.

Fantastic service from Ahmed and his son who delivered the bed and set it up in minutes, and also came to take it away. Fast and efficient, as well as very pleasant and helpful. ***It may be a good idea to upgrade the mattress, the basic one doesn’t have much support. *** Truly a painless process and would definitely use them again.

Ali was amazing! He was professional and nice. Carried the bed solo upstairs where we needed it. Assembles and disinfected everything. He showed me how to use the bed and asked if I had any other questions. Great experience overall!

I called in a panic and needed a bed ASAP Mariemy was such a great help in choosing the right bed. Ali showed up and quickly assembled and redisinfected the bed a showed me how to operate it.

We rented a hospital bed after my husband's shoulder's surgery paying over $400 for one month rent hoping it would be worth it when you weigh the cost vs.the benefits. The little did we we know that it would cause more problems than the good. The mattress was so bad that within a few minutes it would sink down from the centre and give absolutely no support as it effectively became a hammock. My husband had to deal with not only the shoulder pain but also back pain and sleepless nights.

We had to use a regular bed with lots of pillows to mimic the incline to reduce the stress on his repaired shoulder. After about two weeks we called them and asked if we could return the bed two weeks earlier (than a month) and get a partial refund and they flat out said - "NO".

There are other companies that rent out beds for much less with the option to return it earlier than the full rental period and get a partial refund.

My husband called 6 days before the month ended and scheduled the pick up but they charged him for an extra month saying he didn't schedule the pick up in time. He provided the proof (email received from them confirming the pick up was scheduled). My husband wasted over 20 minutes on the phone arguing with them - needless to say this was stressful and very frustrating.

The delivery guys (both delivery and pick up) didn't have booties to cover the bottom of their shoes and brought dirt inside. The pickup guy left the plastic mattress cover on the floor in our hallway.very unprofessional.

My husband has left a very detailed review (over 2 weeks ago) with proof of the pickup schedule and the extra month billing but for some strange reason it is not visible to anyone but my husband.

Lesson learned, always schedule and book for these things well in advance so you don't have to go with whatever is available and end up paying an arm and a leg for low quality products/service.

We bought a hospital bed from Help Mobility and we received exceptional service by Ali and Ahmed who delivered and installed the equipment. Ali went above and beyond to ensure the bed was set up correctly, and this job was done very proficiently and very quickly. They assisted us in clearing the space to ensure the bed fit. Overall we are very pleased with the excellent customer service provided by Ali and Ahmed and would highly recommend this place because of how great Ali and Ahmed were.

Upon removal they scratched my hardwood floor by laying the frame down and leaving a deep scratch. I changed my review from 5 star to a 1 star as they permanently ruined my hardwood flooring with a deep scratch

We found ourselves unexpectedly needing a hospital bed temporarily. After a quick online search we found this company. They arrived within one day and were helpful, professional, and fast. When the basic mattress was a bit too thin to be comfortable we had no trouble reaching them, upgraded to a thicker mattress, and again they were here within the day to make the switch. Ali was the staff person who came to disassemble everything when we were finished with our rental period. He arrived at the expected time and was kind and efficient. Although I am sorry to say I don't recall their names, the same could be said for each of the other staff members we met. It was the easiest, smoothest process we could have asked for.

Very uncomfortable and poor customer service. Mom went back to the hospital the day we received the bed and they would not refund or give any type of discount. Paid $900.00 for nothing.

HELP MOBILITY —- they are the best dealers in Peel Region. I recommend all people to visit that store and deal with them for all needs. Staff and manager and Ali they are so kind and helpful people. We got Leo scooter from them.

Simply put, stay away from this business. They are terribly expensive and have the poorest service you can imagine.
I bought a mobility scooter that it needed to be ordered, two month after it was ordered someone called me to tell me that they had the scooter and send me an invoice by email, so I went to the store and the scooter wasn't there, they said that it was going to arrive that same day (Monday) so I didn't pay until it arrive (Friday). The scooter was handed to me by two kids that have no idea of it's operation and I had to figure it out by myself.
Then I called with questions and spoke once with Saeed (the owner) not only I didn't get an answer, but even worst he never called me back although I left voice messages.
So, do yourself a favor. Stay away from this company.

This company has a website advertising scooters as being available for rent or to buy. They advertised a specific model of scooter as being available for rent, but they refused to rent that model and said it was only for purchase, despite what the website says. I asked about other models the site says can be rented, but they are apparently only for sale as well. The only model they will rent you is a model not shown or listed on the site. I would not bother with this place.

I arranged for the rental of a mobility scooter Friday afternoon. I wasn't expecting delivery until the next day at best. Mohamad checked and was able to have it to me within a few hours. I was thrilled. Ali made the delivery and was extremely helpful in explaining how to use the scooter and even helped my husband get me down a few stairs to take it for test drive. Very professional service by both gentlemen. My experience so far has been first rate. Thank you both for allowing me to get outside and explore my garden on the scooter for the first time this spring!

During these COVID times, when even getting a cup of coffee isn't as easy as it used to be, Help Mobility, and Mohamad Teskie in particular, made getting a medical air mattress under my Mom so easy I almost cried! A great homecare store where you can find everything from hospital beds rental, bathroom safety products (transfer benches, shower chairs, raised toilet seats) patient lifts, scooters, walkers and rollators, powered and manual wheelchairs.

I write this to thank you for your excellent service keeping the chair lift I had rented for a short period in good running condition. Recovery from surgery took longer than expected, so I purchased the unit at an reasonable price. There were some problems with the unit I purchased, but the repairs were done quickly. Time to time the unit continued to fail, but Mohamad exchanged the unit with a newer unit without additional charge. I needed a hospital bed for my brother who has been very sick and was coming to stay with us. I called and spoke to Mohamad, who took time to explain all my options and thoroughly answered all my questions. Because I wasn't sure if I would be able to get a bed through the LHIN, I made a tentative order for a bed to be delivered the next day, which he told me I could cancel if I called by 10 am the next day. I found out that night that my brother wouldn't be able to come home after all, and emailed to cancel the order. Mohamad called me back right away, was very understanding, and canceld the bed for me. I received all the paper work confirming the cancellation the next day. I highly recommend HelpMobility and Mohamad in particular.

I would highly recommend Help Mobility! My Dad's condition very quickly took a turn for the worse. I was referred to Help Mobility and contacted them right away. They answered the phone and had a hospital bed delivered and set up within 2 hours. They also brought a wheelchair and later a commode. The service is very pleasant and we all felt so relieved that this type of service was available and that they were so extremely quick and accommodating.
