Unfortunately my husband and I made the wrong choice of using Schaljo for both of our home purchases, we should have learned our lesson the first time but we thought we would give them another chance. Between our Clerk Michelle and Schaljo they were both completely unprofessional, our documents were wrong on signing.stating they never received documents from us.which we had emails back from them saying they had received them. They both treated us as if our business didn't matter to them and to top things off they charge us a "rush" fee because they only had 2 weeks to put our documents together.with no advance notice, they just slapped it on at singing. If you can go anywhere else then I would suggest it!

I reached out to Fiona recently and enquired about the steps required to change an existing will. Fiona advised that a codicil is usually made when you have small changes. For example, if you want to add or remove a beneficiary. I also found her fee to change a will very reasonable.
Fiona has been doing free phone consultations for people just looking for direction on the court process during the pandemic. Money is tight for a lot of people, especially right now. And I think it is admirable that she is giving back to the community in this way.
I highly recommend you contact Fiona if you want to have your estate planned and your loved ones taken care of – you will sleep easier at night if you do.

Jessica Krause is a lowlife she violated my families privacy and in doing also did the same to another party she does work not requested then tries to frighten you with court we have already filed a formal complaint with the Law Society you need to stay clear of this Law Firm they only want one thing and that's your money they pass your personal information around likes its no big deal they are so awful its a joke

My partner and I are extremely disappointed with J. Krause. She will make you think that your case matters to her and then take a very long time to respond and then not respond at all. She stopped responding to us with no explanation forcing us to let her go as our lawyer. Spent money that we did not have to get not a whole lot done. So sad! This situation has really caused us a ton of emotional and financial stress: (

Jessica Krause is greedy and unprofessional and it does not surprise me in the least that others are claiming the same thing here online your best bet is to just stay clear of her and this law firm her service is sad and she is all about the money

I am VERY disappointed with Jessica Krause and the service provided to me. I hired her two years ago to help prevent an issue from reoccurring. She helped with one piece of the problem and I have been chasing her ever since. I was then invoiced for her reading my emails to inquire what is happening with my case. Her emails would begin with "sorry it has taken me so long to respond. " I do not recommend her. She speaks well but does not follow through.

Not happy with services rendered regarding child support. Very sloppy work, and of course every dollar of the retainer magically added up to the final invoice. I would not recommend Steven Kogon

Mr. Kogan assisted my mother when she needed to have a document witnessed. He was very prompt in scheduling the appointment and he was friendly and courteous in his dealings with her. He also very kindly visited her in hospital to accomplish this task given the time deadline we faced. Thank you!

I was referred to Caley and HKAS from my family, who raved about their experience here. Even with elevated expectation, Caley and her team still managed to impress! The reception area is warm and welcoming, as is the kind receptionist. Caley is BRILLIANT. She has an amazing ability to relate to you and be friendly/laid back while maintaining a confident professionalism. I visited her to plan my first will, she sincerely made this a great experience. Her assistant maintained the same quality of connection and service in the short interaction we had.

Even the location of the firm, I love this neighborhood. Doubly worth the drive out of your way for the experience in the firm and for a stroll in beautiful Main Street of Georgetown.
