The team at Henley Dental is always pleasant. Ashley my hygienist is very friendly and communicative person. Dr. Mansbridge is very professional and knowledgeable. The front desk ladies are awesome as well. Henley is an excellent dental care and I'm glad to be their patient.

Truly couldn’t recommend this dentist office enough! Every staff member I’ve encountered has been warm, friendly, & professional. Appointments always run on time. And they’re so child-friendly that my daughter has decided she wants to become a dentist too! Five stars all round.

So amazing! All staff are super kind, it’s a judgement free office so no matter what’s happening with your dental health they only care to help you improve, not judge or make you feel bad. Overall amazing experience highly recommend this office, especially for those who experience anxiety at the dentist they always aim to ease your nerves.

Dentophobia is the fear of dentists and its an understatement when it comes to me so much so that I haven't been to the dentist in 18 years. I finally decided to go and chose Henley Dental by chance and I absolutely don't regret it. 6 appointments, 6 cavities, 1 extraction and a 2 day cleaning later my mouth has never felt better and I've never felt more comfortable going to my appointments. Dr. Radhi and team are professional, caring, knowledgeable and most importantly patient. I can't say they're the best but I will say you won't need to go anywhere else if you do decide to choose their practice!

Dr. Alazzam had a real challenge removing my molar however all went well and I feel great the day after!

Lowest of the low - morally and ethically - especially Mike the manager. For over a year and a half I have not and will never forget my experience here.

I am a person with a mental disability and I was coerced into moving and living with an abusive partner in Niagara who controlled my finances and inflicted extreme abuse, isolation and neglect - which led me to experience severe social anxiety, cognitive impairments and outbursts of anxiety.

While in public, I can maintain a bubbly outgoing persona, in fear of what was to return when I was home - but nor was it safe to disclose on my medical paperwork what was going on - nor was it related to my dental care to disclose the nature of my disability. I had to return for an appointment and I proceeded to tell them I needed an ODSP friendly office and urgently - not only did they refuse to provide me with any resources - but they failed to recognize signs of domestic violence and coercion. I was displaying signs of serious mental crisis and distress over text messages which in them I was stressed out about finances and showed signs of paranoia that I was being lied and manipulated to.

They proceeded to judge my outward appearance and I was reported to my ODSP caseworker by the male manager for "fraud" for living with said partner - which they were already aware of after leaving a 1 star review.

Ultimately, reporting me to my ODSP caseworker prevented me from leaving a dangerous situation for months and only ended when the violence peaked and police were involved - which left me with irreversible trauma I will have to carry for the rest of my life.

I have seen better support for those in distress and scary situations from pizza drivers - let alone those who we trust with our bodies, personal lives, physical and mental health, and medical information.

These "people" fight dirty.

I never write reviews but the service here was so good it feels wrong not to. The entire staff at Henley Dental is incredibly helpful, throughout the entire process. Sending texts follow ups, answering any questions with such patience and they are so friendly. Dr. Mewitt is so meticulous and it shows. I’ve gone a lifetime being insecure about my teeth, went to Courtney and now I feel proud of them and find myself showing them off. Couldn’t be happier and won’t be going anywhere else!

The best of the best! I've been a patient of Dr. Radhi for years since she goes above and beyond in providing the best dental care possible. She is very knowledgeable, kind and gentle. Dr. Radhi is thorough in her work and explains everything well so I understand and am comfortable for all my appointments. Her exceptional professionalism is also mirrored by all the staff at Henley Dental. I would 100% recommend this dental clinic to anybody looking for the best dental care available in the area!

I am new to the area and gave this dental office a try. The team of hygienists were very kind and everyone in the office wasp friendly. However, my experience with Dr. Rahdi was not great. She was super nice but she told me I had cavities and I was somewhat surprised because I hadn't had any in years and just saw my previous dentist 7 months ago. When I went to book follow-up I was shocked to have three follow up appointments! The receptionist then told me I had SEVEN cavities! Not sure why the dentist wasn't this specific. I was suspicious, decided to get a second opinion, and was told by the new and very trustworthy dentist that I had zero cavities. I hate to leave a bad review but feel this is important to share.

I had such an incredible experience. I am normally very nervous around needles and just the Dentist in general, however, with Dr Radhi, i felt really comfortable. Dr Radhi was open, honest, and very gentle with her work. I would highly recommend Henley Dental. 5/5.

I tried Henley Dental several years ago at the advice of someone who recommended them for people leery of dentists. I’m so glad I did. I have since transitioned my father, husband and two children over to the care of Henley. Every single person in the office from the admin staff, to the assistants, hygienists and dentists have been nothing but kind, patient, and have gone out of their way to make sure my family felt comfortable and cared for. I’ve never left a review for anything, but felt compelled to do so in hopes of helping someone else find this safe, clean, caring place.
