Great customer service. I sent an email explaining what I needed, I received a reply right away from Jon Anderson. I ordered the product he suggested, it got here fast, it fits perfectly!
I have to mention though, that before getting to Herbert Williams, I have tried at Boone, Wolseley, Grainger. They either didn't know what to advise me or their technician had me order products that didn't fit.

Very dissapointed with this business. After researching companies that sell fire extinguishers and related products, I decided to go with Herbert Williams because they have been in business for over 100 years, they had good reviews online suggesting they are a reputable business, and at the time of my purchase, they had the best prices.
I ordered a 400 dollar CO2 extinguisher. When it arrived, I noticed the handle was completely flush with the base, meaning if you attempt to use it, nothing will discharge as the lever is flush with the bottom. I immediatley Informed them of this and sent them pictures.
They emailed me back quickly and said the item was damaged during shipping. Then, they offered me 2 "options". Option 1 was that they send me a new lever for free, a 50 dollar credit, and I will have to go to a local fire extinguisher shop to get it installed. Option 2 was I send it back and they will replace it, at my own cost. Please keep in mind this extinguisher weighs 35 pounds, and would not be cheap to ship.
I politely declined both offers and asked for an immediate replacement to be sent to me. They refused.
The options they gave me would mean I would have to incur extra expenses and time on top of what I already paid for. After my pushback, they gave me a reference number for me to drop the item off at the shipper and it will be sent to them without me incurring costs. I attempted to do that, but the shipper refused to ship it, saying they will not ship a damaged and pressurized cylinder.
I informed them of this, and they are refusing to change their position and do what's right. They said they'll ship it because they're knowingly shipping dangerous goods, even though the shipper already told me they're not shipping it.
Then, they offered to get the same company to pick it up from my door, and assured me they'll pick it up. This means either A) they lied to the shipper about what item is being shipped or B) they believe I'm lying about that shippers refusal to ship the item. Even though it's marked as dangerous goods, that does not automatically mean the item is shippable. I'm quite sure a dangerous goods shipper that deals with small items would not, for example, ship a stick of dynamite or C4. There are limits. I do not want to have an item shipped and then it explodes in the transport vehicle, injuring or killing someone. I could be sued for this and will not take that risk.
I called a local fire extinguisher business (that I regret not choosing as my vendor for this transaction) and told them what happened, and they were shocked. They said if it was them a new extinguisher would have been shipped to me the same day via priority mail.
This is not an acceptable business practice and I am surprised that they have been in business for over 100 years operating in this manner.
They said that if I don't ship them the item back, they can't get refunded by their insurer for it. I told them this is an issue between Herbert Williams and the shipper, NOT between Herbert Williams and myself. They should file a claim with the shipper for the damaged item and get their money back that way, while shipping me a new extinguisher.
Avoid this business unless you are prepared to go through hell if there are any problems. This is absolutely not a business that I will be reccomending to my friends and family.

First time dealing with these guys and I gotta say impressive. Ordered two fire extinguishers from them got them the next day and im not a prime member…. Well packaged, tags, mounts everything I would expect Will definitely order from them again!

Amazing customer service (actually called for a question) and shipping was insanely fast. I expected a courier company but my order was delivered the next day by a private courier. Also got an insanely good deal on fire extinguishers!
