I don’t know what these recent reviewers are talking about but I find it quite the opposite. Night and day difference between old management and new.

Before the store barely had any product… shakes were atrocious. I know they were supposed to be “healthy” but the taste.

New manager is extremely knowledgeable about product and the fitness industry. Makes sense since he owns 3 other Hercs Locations. New shakes are TASTY. People saying they are made with “ice cream”. False. I asked about them when the change happened and they are made with a product called ice milk. And the macros on a shake are very good. Lower sugar. High protein. Moderate carbs and fats. What else could you ask for?

I don’t usually write reviews but it seems like the previous few reviews might be fake so I figured I’d give my two cents!

Been a long time customer, but new ownership really messed everything. Loved the old shakes but now they are too watery/bland. Their new product lineup also cut some of the products I used constantly, it's unfortunate but I'll have to go somewhere else now

Worst place to get shakes now. They expect people to buy shakes with ice cream in them. Sure why not.u work your butt off at the gym to come there and consume 20g+ of sugar!

Previous owner had the best consistency and healthy shakes. I hope the new owners implement 0g sugar shakes for ppl who wants them!

Horrible costumers service,
she said that I looked like I needed 3 bucks cause I asked for the Tooney Tuesday promo that some hercs have.

Linda the owner is friendly and informative. The prices are also very competitive and there is a great selection of supplements inside. Check it out if you need pre-workout or protein especially.

This place is awesome! Amazing customer service, great variety of options for shakes, and so much other stuff for a great price. After having a workout at Crunch, i usually go here for my protein shakes. Highly recommend it.

Used to go here before Linda took over, honestly, besides the business side of things, I come here just to make my day better by chatting with Linda! She’s awesome, motivating, patient and the nicest human!

If I don’t go get my protein shake after my workout, I won’t have a good day. They don’t use any nasty yogurt or milk products, just water, ice and protein… surprising tastes better than those creamy yogurt they sell at Popeyes… for MORE MONEY.

Highly recommend supporting this local business, you won’t regret it and will gain a lot of knowledge and experience from the staff.

Chris is a personal trainer, he’s there on Sundays, he has insight on the greatest tips to get from a professional trainer.

Anyways, if you don’t go to hercs on stonechurch, you are missing out.

Ps, cookies and cream and the brown sugar shakes are the best tasting imo.

I absolutely love stopping by Herc's after my workout. I usually get one of their protein shakes and they're always so delicious. Today I decided to try one of their protein coffee shakes and it tasted just like an iced capp but even better than an iced capp. I am now addicted and will be buying plenty more! I recommend that everyone try the new coffee protein shakes because you won't be disappointed.

Linda and Tabitha are great! Their exceptional service, knowledge, and friendliness make them a cut above the rest. They take the time to understand your unique needs to help you achieve your goals.

First time at Hercs. I had just spent the day trying to find a greens supplement that did not use soy. Hercs was my last option.should have been my first!
Linda was instantly engaged with my questions and in no time we found a product that I'm not allergic to!

Turtles, lol came back to actually edit, hercs has amazing staff and I mean that across the board of every hercs I've gone to, they aren't pushy, they know their stuff and aren't afraid to admit when they aren't sure but always find out the answer for you! Awesome shakes.the one in stoney creek has protein pies.like a key lime pie high protein freaking awesome place!

I went in today and spoke with Linda about my goals and asked her for some advice. She took so much time with me and thoroughly explained everything to me, she even wrote me notes to take home. I had such a great experience there and will definitely be back again and again. She also makes the BEST protein shakes in the world.

God bless Linda. I never write reviews, but it would be a crime to let her spectacular customer service go unnoticed. She was the most helpful employee I’ve ever met at any nutrition store and made me feel comfortable finding the exact product I needed. Thank you so much Linda. 10/10 recommend this store

I go in from time to time to get a protein shake. Friendly service, great selection and the owner is super kind, friendly and very knowledgeable!

Went there on Saturday to get some vitamins and joint ease, received amazing service from a great team. Will always go back there, so you guys soon.
