Always cheerful, excellent reception, and work by the dentist (Dr Lauren) and her assistant. Dr Lauren takes the time to make sure I am as comfortable as possible and is just an excellent dentist.

Always a pleasant experience, coming here. Especially for a cleaning, they are very caring. As well as professional.

Dr Lauren was very friendly and accommodating and went through very detailed and thorough explanations of my check up, something i find to be quite uncommon. I truly appreciate and recommend the service and care her and her team provided and despite being afraid of dental treatment i look forward to going back!

The Heritage House Dental has always provided me with very professional and friendly dental services. It's obvious they take my health seriously!

Not the greatest, the staff is very bossy, rude and they think they are doing you a favour, even you still paying top dollars, after years making thousands of dollars out of me they threaten me to send my very small remaining balance to collection, the next day i paid it and transferred to another dentist, very bad customer service, il would never recommend this place.

I have been a patient at Heritage House Dental for about 6 years. Around 2018 I started experiencing an intense pain on the right side of my mouth while chewing. It would shock my entire mouth, head and body. Stop me in my tracks with overwhelming pain. I could hear a crunching noise and almost felt like my tooth was moving. I brought this up to my dentist who I will not name but a dentist I thought seemed extremely caring and competent. For years I was told it could be exposed enamel, my gums, was asked to switch to sensodyne toothpaste among other suggestions. In-between visits I would suffer with this issue for 5 years, I paid attention to the source of the pain and narrowed it down to the tooth. In February 2023 I was told it was a small cavity. In April 2023 it felt like my mouth was going to explode and went in via emergency appointment and they sent me to a Dental Surgeon at the Winston Churchill location who with a simple dye treatment on the tooth revealed it was completely cracked in half almost to the root! It was a relief and completely devastating to see. For 5 years I lived in immense pain when a simple dye would have revealed the true issue. I take full responsibility for not going to another clinic for a 2nd opinion. I fell into a sense of trust and comfort due to their clean office and friendly staff. The dentist who treated me seems like a kind person but I cannot overlook how this supposedly knowledgeable and competent staff didn't bother to rule out a crack tooth for 5 years! Especially with the symptoms I was explaining to them! I could hear the sound and felt the pain on that tooth, I went into extreme detail. I am an accountant and auditor and I tried to provide them with all of the information they needed. A complete let down and a lesson I will never forget. Do not let appearances and friendly smiles lull you into a sense of comfort, YOU need to take control of your health. Go get a 2nd opinion and do not put your complete trust into any one clinic. They are great if you need a teeth cleaning but as mentioned by others anything more complicated and serious be ready to seek a 2nd opinion etc. In February I asked if I should up my Insurance for Dental as the new year begins April 1st 2023, at the time I was told it was a small cavity and advised to see a specialist. I didn't see the specialist in the time frame, would have had a 2 week window to do so and at the time I still had trust in the dentist and believed it was a small cavity not a tooth that was cracked in half to the root almost. Now I am in a horrible position of having to potentially pay out of pocket almost $1k plus suffering through most meals for 5 years. For anyone reading this the main take away is that yoy have to be proactive and never give your full trust to any dentist or medical professional as they are subject to human error and will miss things even ones as painful, serious and hindsight easy to detect with a simple pack of dye. Heritage House dental It’s a fun experience for kids. My 7 years old has been there a few times and was so excited to go there again for cleaning. My 3 years old was not comfortable for the idea of going to a “dentist” but now he is asking when will he go again.
Professional and nice clean environment

I've yet to come across a place with more efficient admin! They took me in last minute for my dental extractions, were super quick through the appointment process, insurance claims and taking me in. And of course, Dr. Shevket did the entire procedure with such finesse! I'm still in recovery but I had to post this review with the great experience as a whole.

Don't be deceived by how the building looks on the outside. It's clean, their service is professional and their quality of care is always amazing.

My experiences at Heritage House continue to be very positive. The office staff are very friendly, look after all appointments, reminders, paperwork and are very flexible. Hygienists and dentists are all excellent and take their time during appointments being thorough. This place is incredibly hygienic, the rooms are well equipped with air cleaners and are sealed and well sanitized. Heritage House is a real quality dental office with great people who look after you.

I’ve had cleanings done for a few years here. They do a fantastic job including great consultative tips at the end. I also had a troublesome filling redone two years ago after two other dentists tried. Heritage House did it properly and haven’t had an issue since.

Recently went in for a cleaning.what an amazing experience. Good to see all the COVID protocols still in effect, and the hygenist did such a good job. Quick and relatively painless. Thank you!

Brought my 3.5 year old to their first dental appointment at Heritage, Dr. Yolanda and Tania is so greate and patient with the kids, they took time to get familiar with them, introduce every tools and steps they are going to perform so the kids know what is to expect. The exam room is so well equiped for kids, TV screen for kids when doing the exam. So happy to enrolled with Heritage Dental.

The office is clean and nice. They also provide direct payment with Insurance companies which is great.

I have had many pleasant experiences at this clinic. Dr Rupreet is kind, professional and knowledgeable. She takes the time to ask me questions to understand what I've been experiencing. She also explains to me what she is doing during the appointment, which eases my anxiety.

What an awesome experience for my kids. The decor at the clinic was beautiful. The rooms we visited were clean and the air was fresh. Always good to be there, staff is very nice and welcoming and the place is super clean all the time. The only downside is the rate charged as compared to other dental service providers but as long as you have coverage insurance, you will be ok.

My daughter loved the dental office. We went for her dental examination and then for her first dental cleaning. She likes the cute decorations and lovely staff, and also the little gifts. She was a little scared of the dental cleaning before her visit but ended up enjoyed the whole experience and wished to go again.lol

Heritage House Dental provides exceptional service and a VERY clean environment. Great communication & customer service - multiple visits and I have never had anything other than a 5 star experience.

This is an incredible clinic. My kids were both very nervous with their first visits, as most kids are when seeing a dentist. I tried to prep them by getting a dentist toy and letting them watch videos on other children visiting the dentist. What really made the biggest difference, however, was that all of the staff here were so accommodating and did an amazing job making the kids feel comfortable. Glad to report the kids did extremely well on each of their first visits! The dentists and hygienists we saw throughout our 3 visits so far really made it a priority to speak directly to the patient and give them a chance to ask questions. The staff at the front desk are also very friendly and are happy to answer any questions. The clinic itself is very clean and bright. I have recommended and continue to recommend Heritage House Dental to anyone looking for a dentist for their kids.

Love this place for my kids. They’re so caring and really cater to kids in a nice way. There’s a neat kids waiting room upstairs with toys, games, and devices. And the first visit is like an orientation with a story and education on good hygiene, all in a fun way. Definitely recommend this dental office for anyone with kids, but they also treat adults too

I had a root canal here for a very difficult, previously filled, chipped front tooth. And, the staff was extremely professional. Removed my pain as soon as possible (an unforeseen blood buildup happened day 2 and they took me in right away when the same day and took care of it.) I've always had bad experiences at the dentist and averted them. But this place is 5 stars from me. I even watched movies with headphones during all my visits to distract from the work being done on me. (Which is the most uncomfortable part I think, the drilling, the tools, the sometimes mild to shard pain.) 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing dental services for kids. Very warm and welcoming staff put little children at ease, and the office and play area upstairs are awesome.

I was so impressed with the care they provided to my 2.5 year old son! They explained everything they were doing, and even read a book about the importance of brushing and getting rid of the "sugar bugs"
