Heritage Lanes

Had the worst experience here. I entered on Saturday with my son and encountered the rudest man I have ever met. I had never been here before and will never return. We were asked in a very discriminatory tone, "May I help you? " I replied. "We would like to bowl. "Nothing available" was the rude man's reply. There were four empty lanes. Feeling completely uncomfortable and VERY unwelcome we left. As we were leaving, my son said he had never felt so out of place before, and he said he never wanted to go back. Good job, grumpy old man. You intimidated a kid. What a loser.

We took a young child along that we hadn't planned to have play, but as the place was quite empty, they gave him his own lane for no charge, so that was really nice. However, the equipment kept breaking down on us. The balls would constantly get jammed in the back and not be returned, and the score tracker kept miscounting, so in the end, our score was off. The service was okay, but this place definitely needs some updates.
