Best Heritage Museum in Ontario reviews

My family are members of the museum and we come everytime they have a car show! I've come here for over 7 years and everytime I come, there is always something new to see and learn! Their cafe is also amazing and have nice sized portions.

The winter light display was beautiful. Lots of things for the kids to enjoy. Well priced. Excellent experience

My experience with Lang Pioneer Village was during Applefest. What an amazing day! So many well informed costumed volunteers. The building and grounds were beautifully maintained.

It was almost closing when I passed by, so I didn’t go inside to visit. The courtyard outside is peaceful and elegant, and the surrounding environment is quiet.

Great place to visit on tour. Very immersive. The library contains some funny historical gems on its shelf.

Really interesting museum and such a beautiful building. If you're in the area definitely check it out. My 3.5 year old loved the train exhibit and seeing all the old equipment, but any adult interested in history would enjoy a tour. There is also...

The volunteer who greeted us was passionate and very knowledgeable. We enjoyed it overall, I definitely want to return one day when my kids are old or with just my husband.

Wonderful hotel! Each room has a personal touch (books, travel information, etc.) and lots of character. The location was perfect- right beside Victoria Hall in the downtown.

What an awesome place to take my four year old son. Ken was a wonderful tour guide. Very engaging and informative. Loved getting a chance to sit in the cockpit of a piece of history.

Very informative with lots of displays. Exhibits include War of 1812, some aboriginal information and also black history amongst other local history.

Exciting experience. First time out of America. Was very cool that my elderly mother could experience going inside as well, as she uses a wheelchair for longer distances, and she didn't just have to look at pictures.

Had an absolutely lovely high tea here. Liked the scones and clotted cream better here than at the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac!
