My son was really scared at the beginning of his appointment. Everyone at the office including Dr Selnes reassured he will be fine. We walked out very happy with the results of the consultation and I feel that my child’s needs will be monitored closely and our journey of braces will start when it’s needed. I felt at ease that treatment was not pushed on my son. That’s speaks a lot about the office. They are in it because they genuinely care!

The doctor has a huge ego and every visit acts as if he's doing you a huge favour. Once received a full payment doesn't seem like he cares about you anymore. He almost never answers your questions about treatment, tries to avoid questions even, blaims you if anything goes wrong with the retainers or braces. Clinic is dark and workers wear black scrubs so it's questionable how clean the place is.
They got the job done okay but I would not go back there.

As soon as we walked into Heritage we were welcomed straight up stairs by the team and sat in this gorgeous building that was the comfort of a super cool house. Carly came out within minutes and took us straight to xrays and scans, the lady who did those was just wonderful and personable, she made my daughters nerves go away very quickly. We then went on to Carlys office where she exlained everything that would happen, what to expect, went over the different types of braces and connected with my daughter for what would be best for her, a soon to be 16 year old lol

The Dr came in and he was like meeting an old friend, he was friendly and again put my girl at complete ease for the process and what was going to happen, he spoke directly to her, let her know what he needed to do and what was super cool is that he actually showed the 3D screen of the before and afters of what it will look like! Craziness lol

Starting off with a bang here and we are excited to work with the team at Heritage for the next 1.5 years! Especially pumped too for the new braces how fast they work compared to what I had back in the day ;)

The attention, care, hard work, and knowledge of all staff are to be highly regarded. We have been monitored by Dr. Salnes for the past 6 years, and now it's time for braces! We are confident that the treatments will result in the best smile for my children. Thank you, Dr. Salnes and staff.

Dr Selnes staff are professional, polite and efficient, but Dr Selnes himself was also professional and caring and took the time to explain everything not just to me but to my children as well. His office, tools, technology and methods far surpass those of all the other orthodontists I’ve been too. Would highly recommend Heritage Orthodontics.

Dr. Selnes and his staff are amazing - friendly and personable! Dr. Selnes himself has an infinite amount of patience for some of the most complicated teeth - I truly appreciate everything (even if it hurts!)

A big shout out to our Care Coordinator Carly who helped my husband and I manoeuvre through the process and get us both set up towards a new smile. Dr. Selnes provided a clear treatment plan and their team seems highly focused on customer care.

Had our initial consult. Dr. Selnes and his team were clear, patient and polite. He provided me with his honest opinion. The team were so sweet with my boy with ASD. He felt comfortable which is number one for me. It was a longer wait than I like but that was because it was the return of patients after March break so really great overall.

I've been a patient of Dr. Selnes since i was in middle school, and I recently needed to do a readjustment to my bottom set of teeth due to some dental changes. As always, treatment is wonderful with Dr. Selnes, he recommended Invisalign and i'm almost wrapping up on it. The staff in the office are warm and friendly and i always look forward to my appointments. Would recommend this orthodontist to anyone of any age looking to improve their smile!

My daughter had an appointment at your Mississauga clinic on Thursday, January 12th 2023 at 4: 20 PM.

A wire inside her mouth has been hurting her, so she brought it to the attention of the technician (the lady who was fixing her braces). When the technician was working on that, she pierced my daughter's lip and it bled, which hurt.   My daughter said the technician wiped her lip but didn't even say sorry. So my daughter said: “You cut my lip”. The technician responded rudely saying: "Well what do you want me to do? Either you let me continue because your lips are in the way, or we won't continue with this. " My daughter was very upset.

I know your clinic from my friend who spoke very high of you. I also like your clinic and Dr. Selnes.   I always recommend you to my friends who need Orthodontic service. However I'm very disappointed with the service provided this time, which is unprofessional and unkind.

Edward Livingston Trudeau said, "To cure sometimes, to relieve often, to comfort always. "  I hope you can tell your staff about that and always comfort your patient,   especially a child who did nothing wrong!

Going to the dentist can be daunting, but Kelly the front desk lady makes it a pleasant experience. From politeness on the phone to in-person kindness and warmth, she provides 10/10 customer service. Thanks Kelly!

Dr. Selnes and his staff is truly amazing. I can only write about them in the highest terms.
Dr. Selnes is dedicated to perfection, listens to the patents needs, follows up before and after every adjustment. What I also noticed while visiting their offices both in Georgetown and -mostly- Mississauga, he always has a few nice words to his staff as well as to the patients.
I was a longtime patient, having major issues that started when I was a child (mostly missing molars) but I was treated exceptionally every single time.
The front desk also did their best to accommodate my schedule - requests.
I can recommend Heritage Orthodontics a hundred percent.
