The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable and look after the buildings. The apts.are clean and freshly painted with new doors, cabinetry and appliances and laminate flooring. The rents are quite reasonable for London. Most everything a person needs is within a kilometer of us. Been here for 15 months and do enjoy it here.
