We have a very large oak tree and maple tree in our backyard and since purchasing the property, a proper evaluation had never occurred. We did have a different tree company prune the trees a few years back, but that experience was lack lustre compared to this one! The Heritage Tree Care knowledge and recommendations are exceptional, they are true arborists. From explaining the tree growth, to what needs to happen to maintain balance for a healthy tree, they helped us understand their strategy and plan. They completed the work professionally (prompt, clean, communicative) and were so friendly throughout the entire process. Oh and the pricing was extremely reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend!

Heritage came out the season before to give me an estimate and schedule the tree removal and planting. They called to confirm in a timely fashion, answered questions and gave good advice. When it came time to do the work, the team was professional and friendly and treated my yard with care. It has only been a few days, but I am very pleased with the new trees so far.

Wow- what an incredible team- they were communicative, on time, polite, incredible customer service and INCREDIBLE TREE EXPERTS! We've been using different services over the years and no one had the skill and feedback that HTC had- they we able to prune a significant amount more that other teams (which we wanted! With other teams we couldnt really see a difference) and also noticed that an old bird house was actually killing our tree (something many other arborists missed or didnt tell us about) Watching them climb was magical and it is clear they really know what they are doing- they were able to get into places that others could now. We are very impressed and very happy with their work and will certainly use them again. Highly recommend! Thanks for saving us from kgs of mulberries this year!

Brent and Hollis did a commendable job on-site from start to finish, with thorough clean-up and disposal afterwards. From the consultation to the service it self what a great bunch of folks! Friendly, timely, considerate and exceptional at what they do. I can not speak highly enough of everyone at Heritage Tree Care. They even knew how to maneuver with our busy/no parking + garbage day (!) streets and didn’t inconvenience our neighbours while at it. Very impressive. I would recommend to anyone needing tree services, hands down.
