Heritage Way Medical Spa

I didn't like the fact that they were trying to upsell and keep pushing to buy their products! Also no spa treatment at all! I still have a lots of white heads that haven't been taking out as the treatment should!

Cheap prices, but the overall experience is underwhelming and lacking any kind of spa service or relaxation. No neck/head/arm massage at all, they just leave during the treatments. I also got a facial and it started with a steam with brown dirty water that smelled bad, acid mask (ten minutes sitting alone) then a serum and your done. Zero spa service here - might as well pay the money for an actual enjoyable facial. Also it started 20 minutes late, but somehow ended on time? Again.move along people

My sister tried to use my Groupon (since I did not qualify) and she was made to feel like a criminal and refused. She’s my twin so they assumed it was me trying to use a Groupon twice. This was extremely embarrassing for me as I sent her there as a gift. They said she could reschedule if she showed I. D. She’s was visiting from BC so did not drive herself. This could have been handled more discreetly if they had asked that during the booking phase. Very unprofessional and accusatory - will never return

The best experience! I’m in my mid-40s and my age in my face was starting to bother me. But I am not ready for anything invasive. After a thorough consultation with Andriana, we developed a plan and series of treatments. I feel great and my skin looks fantastic, plus the droopiness around my jaw line is basically gone. Had a very pleasant experience at the spa. I had Botox done on my forehead and love the results. The consultation process was very thorough and the nurse answered all my questions. She made me feel comfortable the entire time despite me feeling nervous about getting it done. 10/10 recommend
