Hero Certified Burgers

Got a grilled chicken sandwich today. It was half cooked and had a bad smell to it. I've had great sandwiches from other Hero locations in the GTA.

Hours say open but all of the lights are off. Confusing for delivery drivers. Staff threatened to report for fraud for no reason.

Very bad service- they are so focused on Uber orders- don’t even pay attention to dine in customer. I was there standing be the counter for 15 minutes but they just looked at me and never came to the counter to take the order. Day by day service is going down the drain

Over the last couple of months we had several burgers form this location and every time they the burger has been perfect.will definitely continue going here

Amazing burger, awesome service tonight from the staff. Never been here late so I felt like I may have been causing them more work at this hour but they were super welcoming. My family had a nice late night meal and we are really appreciative of the staff working there. They definitely need a raise.

So expensive and their portions are so trash. Every time I’ve been here has been a poor experience

Came in for the first time since COVID and it was better than we remembered. Friendly staff and the place was so clean. Highly recommend this location and we will be back.

I went in at around 10: 20 PM and I was the only customer there. Placed an order for a veg burger and repeated "no onions" specifically multiple times and the cashier repeated it to me and told the cook in the kitchen the same. But, details weren't followed and I got a veg burger with onions. See pic for details on the receipt.

Absolutely disgusting! I ordered Uber and made special notes saying” make fresh food” everything delivered to me stale and old. I called the store and they hung up on me.not acceptable!

This place says they’re open until 5am. Walked in at 4: 15am and they say the “kitchen is closed” I can see that they are still making orders. There are other customers trying to order as well and they reject us all. The guy at the front was nice but the people in the kitchen wouldn’t let us order a burger. Change the hours or put it online that you won’t serve after 4am.

Not worth the money. Ordered spicy jalapeno chicken burger and it was not spicy, and not at all tasty

Worst customer service. They screwed up plant base burger. Asked for refund they did not even refund, staff don't know how to talk. Hero burgers at queen st are best. People don't waste any money on this place. Swewt potatoes fries were burnt completely.

Worst experience ever. I came here for first time and ordered meatless crispy chicken sandwich for which they charged me and later on told me they dont have it then i asked them to give me fishless fillet sandwich and they told me after 10 mins of wait that they dont have it. Poor customer service. They didnt even gave me the refund for my bill.

Nothing about this place is worth what they're charging. Ordered 2 burgers, both were cold with the taste/texture of frozen, and both were missing several of the toppings. Fries were also cold and unseasoned.just go across the street to five guys, you'll be happier

This is absolutely the worst restaurant I ever been to. I ordered the chicken parmesan burger, it was extremely dry and lacked sauce. The chicken tasted disgusting and was not fresh at all. I was about to vomit. I also ordered the hero burger and the beef patty tasted like plastic. I definitely do not recommend this restaurant.

I had the signature burger. It's s pretty mediocre, nothing really special. I'd probably prefer ketchup and mustard, rather than the signature sauce.

Good place for halal burgers. The Nashville chicken burger is for some reason sweet when it should be spicy.

Recently the location at Bovaird and main st strated to loose the quality in both food and services.

Today ordered 5 burgers with fries and pouting for takeout. Called 30 minutes before to provide enough time to prepare the food. They packed 4 burgers although the kitchen slip clearly says 5 burgers.

If the store was busy I would have given them the benefit of doubt. I was the only one in the store. The food wasn't rven ready/packed. They pack the order after the payment. Makes me think, no one is focusing on the order.

Called the store, I was put on hold for long time after I explained the situation (maybe they were expecting me hang up). They didn't try to resolve the situation like offering to send the burger via Uber or any other method. They told me to drive back to the store.

Multiple reviews in the last 6 months are expressing the quality the service issue at this location. The franchise owner should focus on listening to the reviews and start training the employees.

One of the very few places with Halal certified burgers. I had the 6oz. Double Hitter Burger, Onion Rings and Iced Tea. The onion rings were really crispy. The burger with Mayo, Anchor Chipotle, Ketchup and Mustard was very well made. Very filling and satisfying. Covid protocols are followed. There's a Halal certificate at the counter for verification. The girl at the counter was great to talk to. Service time is also great but probably because there were only 3 orders at the time of my visit

So the service was a bot slow, like had to wait a good 20 min for the food, but the quality of food was good. The burger pattie was like a smash burger nice and crispy! Only issue is the wait time.

We ordered 3 burger combos through the Hero Burgers website. Doordash delivered, however, we didn't get the 3 drinks we had paid for. Hero Burgers said it was "driver error" and they said Doordash should give us a credit. I could find no way to contact Doordash. Hero Burgers should have sent us 3 drinks. We paid a $5.00 delivery fee to Hero Burgers.and tipped the door dash driver. Not happy. The food was also cold.

I tried this place for the first time ever and their burgers are so good. I tried meatless chicken and fishless fillet both plant based but so crunchy and amazing. I definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone who likes burgers. They got really really nice vegetarian options. I’m definitely coming to this place again because I finally found a good place for vegetarian stuff! 5 stars for food and customer service ️️️

Horrible. Nauseating. Waste of money. This business should be shut down as its making us sick. Everytime I order hero burger I get food poisoning. I have repeatedly complained to uber eats that they are providing us sub standard food at hero burger. This place needs to be carefully examined by the food inspection committee as it is making us sick. And this should not be ignored.

Just at from this location (hwy 10 & bovaird) and I have to say it was disgusting. Fries were cold, burger tasted like a frozen patty had a funny smell to it. The fountain pop machine was out of order. This place has gone down hill since it fist opened. Lost this big family from ever eating here again. Do not eat here $60 spent and it went on the garbage.

Phoned ahead to place my order. My burger was exactly as requested. Oddly enough.this location is open until 5am. Beauty eh?

We love the shakes and the lovely burgers so many options especially for vegan burgers. Friendly staff my son said it's his favorite burger spot.

I always get sweet potato fries from this location but this time they were drenched in oil. Were so soggy. Not worth eating. Technically wasted my money for a product i could not eat. Bought (Friday oct 1st) @ 10: 45pm

Great option if you're looking for a quick halal bite to eat. Unfortunately, my bun was really dry so my burger overall did not taste that great. The poutine was delicious though so I do recommend that.

Staff is very nice.i went there late night for first time and cashier working at the front was very helpful. She knows well how to deal with customers and help me out for veggie burger it was too good.

Not good at all. The burger top was burnt. I should have taken the pic. It was like i made at home for my kids. Would never recommend it. Wastage of mo ey.

I had ordered the Tuesday spicy chicken burger and it tasted like it was old. The bun was not fresh and soft. The chicken was small and too much breaded crumbs. My son had the fish sandwich and he did not like it because the bun was too dry and it ruined the taste.

Just because of service. I called them to order something they just told me to wait after that they forget that someone is on call. After 20 min I disconnected the call and call them again for 3-4 time but they haven't answer.

Their Burgers taste good. However, I didn’t like their fries. Fries Color is so brown and taste is not good. There is bitterness taste as if they didn’t change the oil

Honestly I have to say this is one of my favourite burger spots. The burgers are nice and big and the poutine is to die for! In my opinion it is well worth the money you pay. Cannot wait to go back!

If you are looking for a place that is quality, this is a good place to eat. The price is very steep though. The toppings are about a dollar each so if you want one burger with the world you are looking at a $20 meal. I got the 8oz burger with a handful of toppings, a coke and some onion rings and I paid $22 dollars. It hurt the bank but at the same time it was pretty dang good. I wouldn't say this is a place YOU HAVE TO TRY! 1! 1! But I will say that it is an above average burger place and if you have the money I would recomend it.

Stopped by for a quick bite and I was very happy to meet Deva! The Customer service here was amazing as Deva went above and beyond to ensure not only that the order was accurate but also made sure we felt welcome by ensuring we had a clean place to sit. We ordered the Action Hero and the Wild Alaskan Salmon Fillet. They were both cooked very well and loaded with toppings. The quality of the fish was pretty awesome for a take out restaurant. And the Onion Rings, they were good!
Afterwards, placed another order for take out for the rest of the family and took the Signature and Heavy Hitters with some strawberry shakes which were absolutely delicious!
5 Stars for awesome service, cleanliness and food/quality. Will be back again Deva, keep it up!

Good place! The consitency and service is on point, they are always open to suggestions on customer concerns. The atmospher is peaceful for such a place offering high quality fast food. I've ate at 3 other Hero burgers in the GTA and this location is definetly above the other two because of the way they make their burgers. Burgers are consistent and made to perfection, well worth the price.

Exceptionally clean restaurant! The staff was very friendly and she carried the food right to the table. I’ve been to a lot of HERO burgers and this one goes above and beyond to provide top-notch food and high class service! Keep up the great work.

Always clean and well managed resturant. Friendly staff! Always satisfied with the customer service and overall a hassle free visit everytime.

I am gluten sensitive they have a GF menu and it's probably one of the best GF burgers I've had. They have policies in place to reduce contamination such as separate toasters. Amazing burgers will def go there again!

Really good burger and sweet potato fries. Clean and hospitable. Better than the 5 dudes competition across the street.

Great staff. New ownership is dedicated to ensuring quality service and customer safisfaction. Greeted with a smile and served quickly despite busy afternoon, and the meal is always prepped to perfection. Great job!

WORST HERO BURGER IVE BEEN TOO. Honestly, I was so hungry and this burger just killed my appetite. The beef was raw, service was bad. Had to wait like 20 mins for that raw burger. Understaffed. Biggest waste of $40 for 2 burgers. Very upset!

I stopped ordering from this location. Burgers have gotten worse and worse. It really says alot when you can't even finish eating it. But the fries are always good!

Cleanest hero burger by far! Food was fresh and the fries were perfectly crunchy! Love that they took steps to eliminate single use items like the fries cup and the burger wrap! I’ll definitely be back:)

Tried this Hero location and loved it. The restaurant is very clean and comfortable. The staff were patient with my first time ordering and questions. It was a great experience, will be returning!

I ordered from skip the dishes yesterday. Ordered the hero signature combo and paid extra for the 6 oz. I don't know if the staff is lazy, messing with me or retarded because I have never seen anyone in my entire life serve a burger without a patty.just a quick tip for you people at hero BURGERS. BURGER by definition has a patty in it. It's not just bread and extras. This is also an order that took one hour to make.incredulously bad.

This is a great place though they will take a lot of time to prepare your order. What I felt was that the fries they make are not to large in size, i would say the size of index finger. Secondly the chicken burger is still not so tempting to give them a five star rating. You can go there if you have no other choice, but do have a fountain drink with it so that your appetite is full.:)

I am a regular customer of hero burgers a few different locations. BUT this location at (Hurrontario & Bovaird) is by far the best one I've been to. This location is alway super clean and the staff are friendly burger and poutine my regular order

Have always had a pleasant experience. Until last time- was served a poutine literally felt it was microwaved. The cheese hadn’t melt and the gravy wasn’t hot as it usually is. The fries were soggy, and I understand with a poutine fries do get soggy but in this case they were falling off the fork. Upon raising this concern to the staff they refused and said this is how it always is. I asked for a remake and they said they weren’t allowed. Been a regular customer, just not anymore.

I love the taste, but it is over priced. Burgers are something i crave once in a while, hambuger poutine is yum. The fries though, they are always limp and greasy:/

The best hero burger I've been to! Great customer service. The owner is very nice. He gave us free ice cream after our meal. I love hero burger in general so I have been to many different ones, but this specific location is now my 'home location'. The staff treats you very well. The owner is not there just to run a business but to build relationships. Highly recommend this place. Thank you very much for being such a great host!
